Send your domain name, hosting account username and password to the helpdesk. I will restore your site to the original but if you had any custom design you will need to re-do it or use Darrin's restoral service (if he did work for you). Actually you should change the username and the password first. Or send the original and I will change them also. Send me the new information and your PIPS ID. |

It's fine except the blank box on the left margin - looks like Adsense should be there(?) However - I ABSOLUTELY advise you to change both your username and password immediately. Otherwise you can get hacked by this same mob again. Make the username and password both numbers and letters (both UPPER and lower case) and other characters like #$%^& -and make it as long as you can - write it down! |

I guess you have to have Host4Profit change the username. I guess as long as the password is strong and long you will have to settle for that unless they will change username for you. Glad everything is back to normal. |

Wow, I can't imagine what you were going through. I would never think of someone hacking into my website. I think I'm right behind the rest and going to make a backup just in case. Better safe than sorry! Glad to hear everything is back to normal for you. Best Regards, Alan |

Thanks for all of you Thanks God my site is restore after talking few hours with Host4Profit they find what happend here is the email I got back from Host4Profit Hello, Took a bit of digging, but found the file they managed to update via FTP. /templates/rt_chromatophore/index.php For some reason I was seeing a valid site, but then after going back, it showed the hacked site. Guessing I needed a refresh or something as I don't see any odd accesses from after I restored the DB. Yes they are absolutely the best support on the planet. I just want to mention that the backup facility is on the main menu of the WebPanel. It is very very easy. Just click the Backup Site icon and pick Zip file and Begin Backup. It will take a few minutes but then it will ask where to save it. I have a folder in /mydocuments named 'backups'. If it is ever necessary to use it, you can upload the zip file to the domain in the file manager and unzip right from there and viola! This is much better than trying to copy every file - particularly with WordPress because there are so many. |
