I think you need to sign each post with your name, your site URL and an anchor tag (hyperlinked keyword for the article) in order that you should get backlinks.

This can also be referred to as an 'author bio' box

It looks good otherwise.

As for marketing-cash.com - it is real average and looks like so many other sales pages. It needs something to make it unique - not sure what - colors, I think for one thing.

Thanks for taking the time to look, did not occur to me abou the anchor tag! Also about marketing-cash, it's a work in progress, and yes, it needs some work. I'll try to jazz it up a bit. Would you be willing to take another look after I do?
