Id have to say sit on the corner of a busy street probably around 5pm when everyone is getting off work. Make the clothes look more worn down then the typical bum and use a McDonalds size cup to ask for change. This way one can have more room to fill the cup. It is reported that bums in NYC make about 35,000 plus a year. |

ha ha super size the chump change, eh Matt? The little I have read about Bum Marketing I would say it was primarily about article marketing - not sure if there are other strategies involved, since I never went into it - - pity too because there used to be some free resources somewhere here in the WF - maybe it is in the War Room now - maybe not... I should pay more attention I guess - ...especially since 'I'm so broke I can't even pay attention' would be a good slogan for BUM marketing, yes? lol. Poor Steve-K will probably never ask another serious question here. sorry - couldn't help myself after reading Matt's post... |

haha, Patrician I couldnt resist. It wasn't an attack at Steve. lol. It was the first thing that came to mind because believe it or not I am or will be using actual bums for a product I am actually in the opening stages of creating. In all honesty Steve, this is a tough question. Main reason is some people wont share their "secrets" because they dont want them to be tossed all over the internet. Or they are in the process of creating some garbage ebook in hopes of banking off newbies. It is almost like the question "How do I make money?". You will not unless you take action. What works for someone may not work for you. What hasn't worked for someone, may be a goldmine for you.. Take each piece and work it until you find that golden ticket. My 1 piece of advice is: Test, test, test, test.... It can be BS tedious work, but in the long run you will be thankful. Back to thinking about bums... |
