How come we never knew this was happening Pat?

It looks like it has caught everyone unawares.

I guess we'll recover.in time

Patrician 6th August 2008 02:49 PM

What now you want logic, Graham? It seems to be the way of the day - pull out the rug from under people and see where everything lands - I believe it is officially referred to as 'management by exception' - which means don't worry unless something breaks.

ho hum - well a lot of it is a learning curve which is pretty intuitive, but there are also some other serious areas that I hope will be addressed immediately if not sooner.

LOL. 'grin and bear it'

Graham Maddison 6th August 2008 02:56 PM

Good luck Pat,

I promise I won't moan about anything.......I think you have enough on your plate at the moment.

Graham

Can we still go to the old forum to view and post topics?
If so, please point the way.

Hey Pauly.

Looks great and it is Warrior Forum legal as far as I know.

You can read the archives in the old forum but no posting - it is closed...

Welcome to the new day!

How did you insert the image?

Doug Gorman 8th August 2008 12:44 AM

Thank you Paul'y - After I asked, I also found the lazy way is the little icon to insert an image - just put in the URL of the image (your-domain.com/image.jpg).

It is in the first row of icons and looks like a little picture of a mountain. It is above the text box either when you create a post or even on the quick reply.

Just hover over the icons and you will find it near the right.

Patrician 8th August 2008 01:27 AM

This is it. I need sleep. Good night.

Pat, I see no quick button options (icons), that you speak of.
When making or reply to post, i see boxes - Title: Message: Trackback: Post Icons.

I do not see any posting "help" icons that you and others may be using.
Help here? or am i really going blind? lol.

Working with animated gif images. test.

I cant help but say, this new WF is an assume place to hang out.
An out standing job done with this creation and release of the new Warrior Forum.

There is so much happening here that i find it difficult knowing where i might jump in.
As i personally feel WF now beats many of the social sites out & about,
i am finding myself comfortable sticking with this test me thread for the time.
And so, let me share yet an other site embedded test.

With this test, i would like to share yet a other picture that is embedded to a site,
but with this test, i would like to use a pic from one of Pat's sites that i enjoy.

It's all about the Cross.

Thank you pat, a very nice site and a very nice picture.
(I am working with the animated gif image here).
(If it animates at Pat's site, it should animate here).

This was only a test. As life is just a test, don't loose site of God folks.
Keep God in the search engines of your minds at all times. Do His commandments.

Paul'y.
