Hi Racey1,

I presume you mean "cloak" your affiliate links?

All the affiliate links on your home page are cloaked as they are set up as redirects through pluginprofitsite.com

Cheers,
Suzanne

Racey, use the below code. It works wonders.

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<TITLE>Your Page Title Here</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<FRAMESET rows="100%" border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0>
<FRAME name=top src="http://Put Your Url Here" noresize>
</FRAMESET>
</HTML>

Go to the bottom of File manager in H4P and creat new file. Then insert the code. Make sure when you create a new file you end the name with .html

Find out how this guy went from being over $40,000 in debt to having total financial freedom and how you can to.Click Here: Freedom ~

This is not necessary. As Suzanne said, your IDs are already cloaked on your PIPS site.

Steven - this is something new where they are automatically cloaked from day 1 - it didn't used to be like that not too long ago.

Pat, That is a great service, something I didn't know about.

That code can be used for other links also.

Yeh, I figured you were 'older' than that. lol.

It's only been a couple of months now since the cloaking started.

Sorry I should have looked closer - I was rushing and got horrified that they were going to do something to the index.html (i know, where did i get that?)

Wonder what would happen if you cloaked an already cloaked link, lol. double-cloaked. eh.

Hi Stephen

Thanks for the reply I'm not a tekkie and please correct me if I'm wrong this will be put on the page I want to cloak as you would key words for that page?

I have been on sites and seen codes of PIP site members that was one reason for asking, but also for other sites.

Thanks again

Hi:

Obviously is good to cloak links.

I do it, but in my opinion Google dont like landing pages with redirected links.

What do you think?

If it affects, what is the solution?

Maybe we need to add a "No follow" instruction in the code source.

If this option recomendable, do you have an example code?

Regards,

Ramiro Trevino

Racey, you don't change the page you are cloaking. You simply use the code in your Host4profit file manager to create a new file.

Go to the bottom of File manager in H4P and create a new file. Then insert the code when the file opens up after yolu have named it. Make sure when you create a new file you end the name with .html

If you are cloaking Success University your could name the new file successuniversity.html or what ever you want. Then add your Link in the file where I highlighted it in red and give your page a name. This code will make your affiliate link open with your file names URL in the URL bar.

I learned this from Pat a long time ago and maybe she or someone else can explain it better.

Hi Racey1'
you can try tinyURL.com.
In this case you don't need the code, rather you suppy your original link and it will automatically cloak it and even shortens it.

Alright,

Something that hasn't been discussed here is the fact that the Web Army Knife comes with an awesome Affiliate Link Cloaker tool. The WAK comes with your bonuses.

This is super easy to use and very effective. It doesn't use redirects or anything like that. It encrypts your affiliate link along with the entire affiliate page.

Just create a new page in H4P and paste the code and you're good to go. Your affiliate pages look as though they are your pages. Your visitors will not know the difference. Plus you can rank those pages in the search engines since they are coming from your domain.

Talk about awesome. I don't know why more people don't do this. This subject seems to come up a lot but yet I feel I'm the only one that does this.

Cheers,

Alan
