| Using the Helpdesk Please be sure to write your ticket number down when you submit a request to the Helpdesk. We will send you an email to confirm receipt and when we respond that has the Ticket ID. However many times the emails are not received. ======================== Submit the Ticket and give us 24 hours - 48 hours to respond, usually it will be closer to 24 hours or less, but stuff happens sometimes. Please do not submit more tickets - it will not help you get a faster response and in fact will slow the response time down for everyone. We are off on Sunday so give us 48 hours anytime Sunday is a factor in the time you submit your ticket. ======================== Please be specific and use your PIPS ID or domain to identify yourself. Try to use the same email address you registered with us. "Doesn't Work" or "Can't log in" does not give me any information that I need to help you. What exactly is the error message or condition (blank screen, etc)? Give us the exact link to the page where this is happening to you Give us the actual link that "doesn't work". |
