For all issues about your PlugInProfitSite membership you have several resources that you can access 24/7.

Here you will find your account profile/IDs, online training, bonuses, stats, and support links for all affiliate programs.

Note: If you are a Host4Profit hosting client just login to your hosting account at your-domain.com/menu/ and from the main WebPanel, select the icon that says 'Site Stats'.

#2 The PIPS Helpdesk http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/helpdesk

This is primarily for administrative and technical issues and works in tandem with the New Order Desk to process all new applications for you and your prospects and customers.

We also provide administrative and first-level technical support for existing members. We can usually always direct you to where you need to go to get help.

The helpdesk cannot do the training for you.

If you are having a problem navigating the training, you can talk to other members in the member support forum and find help.

#3 The 30 Days to Success Training


It really does explain how the program works and gives you numerous instructions and optional recommendations on how to best promote your site.

Using the Helpdesk

Please be sure to write your ticket number down when you submit a request to the Helpdesk.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt and when we respond that has the Ticket ID.

However many times the emails are not received.

Submit the Ticket and give us 24 hours - 48 hours to respond, usually it will be closer to 24 hours or less, but stuff happens sometimes.

Please do not submit more tickets - it will not help you get a faster response and in fact will slow the response time down for everyone.

We are off on Sunday so give us 48 hours anytime Sunday is a factor in the time you submit your ticket.

Please be specific and use your PIPS ID or domain to identify yourself. Try to use the same email address you registered with us.

"Doesn't Work"

or "Can't log in"

does not give me any information that I need to help you.

What exactly is the error message or condition (blank screen, etc)?

Give us the exact link to the page where this is happening to you

Give us the actual link that "doesn't work".
