Security upgrade

As part of improving security of email listing,Getresponse has rolled out a new pass word policy.
We (those who use getresponse as autoresponder) been asked to reset the password before logging into the account. Today I could not log in, I thought I should find out!

Does it mean PIPS is going to change our log in pass word to 30 days training as well?

Regards

Charles

Charles,

Getresponse and PIPS are 2 different programs, so if you couldn't login maybe something else is wrong.

I just tried to login to both and I got in OK.

Maybe contact support with your concerns.

Cheers,

Bill Shultz

Hi charles, yes, Getresponse and PIP is different company. However, you can find your Getresponse's default password in PIP 30 days success guide.

I am not sure which day in the guide as the content tends to change/swap, but you will sure to find there!

You can contact Getresponse's helpdesk too.

Hope it helps!

Hi all

We are NOT changing PIPS passwords and the training Day 4 where your ID is for Getresponse will also not change. (it will have the original password only).

So be sure to keep track of it when you change it at Getresponse and write it down. No need to contact PIPS Helpdesk/Support because we won't know your new password or be able to help you.
