I just thought i would share with you the news that my latest blog post

The Biggest Scam Of All | www Home Business

is already on page 2 of Google .....much less than 24 hours since posting.

The only reason I can see this has happened, is the title (The biggest scam of all) which demonstrates the power of writing titles that appeal to the masses.

Hey Graham, I did a little research on "Link Bait" a while ago and found out some amazing stuff about titles. With the right title the search engines will pick up not only your blog post but your articles as well and they will do it fairly quickly.

Also, using social sites such as Stumbleupon, DIGG and others will get your titles picked up even faster. I saw your post on DIGG and that's great because it works.

Hi Graham,

Great you are on Page 2.

I submitted your post to Onlywire and Social Marker less than 2 hours ago and it looks like one of those submissions got you to page two.

Using these social submission sites is a great way to achieve very quick ranking for a post, but it seems to work best if you don't submit your own posts all the time, and build up a good reputation with the sites over time.

In other words don't spam the sites, but provide a good range of submissions over time.

Great work and I think your slight dip in visitors recently will soon be a thing of the past.

Hi Graham & Alan ...... My preception of you two (along with several others) is that you are already making money with PIPS (my hat's off to each of you). Being new and still in the learning curve (or OJT "On The Job Training) I am drawn to a lot of things that profess to help someone like me along.

You two (along with some others here) have already weeded through the junk that's for sale on the Net. Soooo ...... that being said I have a quick question for each of you (if I may). You're speaking about Search Engine and Ratings/Rankings which prompts this question.

In the very near future I plan to purchase two softwares "LinkMetro" and "SEO Elite". I don't know if you have heard of either but you can check them out here: Http://www.linkmetro.com and Http://seoelite.com (I am not a reseller or an affiliate). Please let me know what you think of me investing in these programs.

Also ... if you have recommendations please feel free to share with me. I am a very good student. Being broke is a great reality check ... LOL.

Thanks for your kind words. As for advising you on the 2 products you mentioned, I don't personally have any experience of them. You would be better off asking our resident SEO expert Suzanne Morrison. In fact, I would highly reccomend her services to you, rather than you spend out on other products.

Congrats Graham,

It's a good feeling to do a search and find yourself one page one.

Maybe the name is why one of my articles hit page one, it certainly wasn't my seo or my writing.lol It started at #3 went to #2 then dropped like the rock it is .lol

But congrats again and keep it up.

Hi Nathaniel,

As Graham said, my advice would be to talk to Suzanne Morrison as she is the expert on SEO for PIPS. Don't buy anything until you talk to her, I know both Graham and I have had great advice from her and she can really help you to move on.
