How is business going...
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hi everyone,

How is your Internet business doing?

It has been a little over six years ago that I joined the Plug-In Profit Site under Stone. There is more of a need today than at any time in history for people to make extra money.

Some people need to replace a career that is falling apart, or replace a 401(k) that has gone down the tubes. Everyone has their own reasons for needing to make extra money.

The PIPS program targets the Internet marketing newbie who is looking for ways to make money online. You do not have to promote it directly, but could offer your favorite program first.

An example of this would be to enroll new SF I affiliates, and then follow up with them to join PIPS under you.

The other thing right now is put an emphasis on building your mailing list, as different people will join things under you at different times. You never know when they are ready to make a move, and you want to practice what is known as TOMA advertising.

Top Of Mind Awareness just means that when they are actually ready to join a program, or buy a product, they will think of you because you have done a good job of keeping your name in front of them.

There is a tremendous amount of money to be made on the Internet, and the PIPS affiliate program is a good way to bring a new person into the Internet marketing business world.

Good luck to everyone!

As for me, I am trying to continue build up my backlinks thru article marketing, fresh blog content, and forum postings. Beep Beep! In other words I'm working on getting targeted traffic to my website. Oh i forgot to mention that i am signing up with dozens of web. directories too.

Thanks Truby. I still like the PIPS program, as well as the ability to make changes to your website. This was always one of the major attractions to me when I joined a few years ago. You do not get that with replicated affiliate sites.

So anyone that joins PIPS can' know their website is just the beginning of what they can turn into a full-time Internet income promoting anything they want.

Keep working on those back links!

Hi Jeff,
Great post, thanks for the motivation injection.
PIPS is great and I thing the best way to start when you are clueless about internet marketing, but like any other business it need a lot of hard work and a lot of patience, a lot!

Anyone has some patience to spare?

So true, all of it. Taking the time to do the daily tasks of IM business and list building makes a difference in the long run.

Kym, you little joker :-) A 401K used to be a good way to supplement a person's retirement so here in the states so we were not relying strictly on social security for retirement income. These have taken a beating in the past couple of months.

Now an internet business with residual income is really a good idea.
