Host4Profit accepts payments by credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover), PayPal, check or money order.

To arrange payment by PayPal, check or money order with Host4Profit, you will be required to pay for 3 months of hosting in advance ($74.85). To select this payment option, contact support(AT)host4profit.net for details.

Please Note so there is no confusion.

This is NOT a regular "Debit" card. Although you can use it as a debit card, it has the Mastercard or Visa logo. Where debit cards are not allowed, this card will be accepted wherever Visa or Mastercard is allowed.

Technically a Visa or Mastercard/Debit Card is not using a credit line as a regular Visa or Mastercard, and is 'debiting' your account - meaning the cash is coming out of your checking or savings account, right from that point, and there is no interest or 'charge' against a credit line as with a regular credit card.

There are plain 'ATM Debit Cards' and these are not allowed by companies that accept credit cards; they are only used to debit your bank account at an ATM or POS terminal (point-of-sale).

It probably means he's in Asia since I have a Diner's Club credit card
as well. It's usable.

We use Diners here too, it is just like any other credit card, but not all business except it. It is a process, I still have problems paying with Amex in some places.

It is not on the list for those acceptable for Host4profit in any case.

I know that when I had a site where I took direct payments that I had to sign up for each card and pay a fee in most cases to have the ability to accept the card.

I didn't realize Diners Club could be used anyplace as a regular card. I had one once but I guess I didn't use it much...

Kym,

From what I know, they accept Credit Card payments and nothing else. It does look like more and more companies are going with PayPal too which is really awesome and makes everything more convinient.
