In my opinion it would be best if people ask you questions in the forum so that everyone can benefit from the answers.

You will also find that by doing this you will not be answering the same questions repeatedly.

Please keep in mind that if there are PIPS members who have not yet signed up for Success University, in all fairness when they do, they should really sign up under their PIPS sponsor.

Don't know if it is your intention to get people to sign up under you, but some concern has been expressed to me by a PIPS member about your thread...

Hmm... so what about the poor souls who aren't lucky enough to be in Jason Cardamone's direct downline? Is his training site what you used to build your SU downline?

Is there any advice or information as far as how to promote SU that you could share with the rest of us?

Alan - go to my blog and read the article on SFI traffic!
This is how I promote all the pips programs individually as well as Pips itself!
Each program has its own marketing material and for Pips - I use the main sales page - the videos - Dotocomology - banners - the lot!

I wonder how many Pips people are actually SU members??? any idea??

SU tell me that the number of Pips people in SU is low!

I would encourage all Pipsters to join and YES - they probably should join under the person who they got Pips from (if that person is a SU member) but they dont know that!

If you can be sure your Pips sponsor is an SU member and a proactive sponsor that will help you - you are laughing! I feel you need a very supportive upline to make it with SU - all the help you can get!

I would just like to point out that I joined SU before I joined Pips and only 1 of my Pips people is a member of SU!

I understand that $50 per month is an outlay - but imho well worth it!

Just for the record - I dont care who signs up under who!
People should be out there proactively marketing their butts off like I do - 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week rather than wasting time being worried about my thread!

My intention is not to steal anybodys refs!!!!
I was quite excited to be made counselor and wanted to share and possibly motivate others!

I apologize to whomever I have upset - but my advice to you (whoever you are) is to get over it and get out there and start being proactive in your own success!

For a short time, Success U was a required program to join PIPS. When Stone brought it on, quite a few existing people had a cow because it was expensive. Some even quit PIPS because of it.

We had a forum for SU and worked closely with Mike Ward who was our team leader; there was lots of support - however it does seem like people have fallen away due to the cost and complicated compensation plan.

I know I should be a millionaire right now being right under Stone and having Ewen Chia under me. However, just like so many in the group I couldn't keep up my end of it (the 2x4) and only made money for a a while. I just don't have the passion for marketing that is necessary to succeed, or the time.

There is just more to promoting a program that costs substantial money, even with all the benefits of SU - I tried selling it on the merits of the training and teachers and not as a 'bizop' - $50 a month for an education in network marketing is cheap.

The way SU is set up in PIPS, is if you quit, your ID/commission will automatically roll up to your upline when you get a sale.

When new PIPS members fill out the PIPS application they are instructed to put in their sponsor's ID if they do not want to join a program.

Some do, some don't, and if not, then we supply a default ID which is Stone's. So if people followed directions they will know who their sponsor is by looking at their own PIPS profile - or perhaps from some of the other programs they joined.

It is only fair that they join under their PIPS sponsor, but I agree if their sponsor has not been responsive or even pro-active, then who is to say, if someone prefers to join under someone else.

Having said that, however, 'self-promotion' is really frowned on in the Warrior Forum, and is second only to spam (advertising/affiliate links) in being 'politically incorrect'.

I think encouraging others and offering advice is in the Warrior spirit and if that is what your thread is about I am with you.

However, if it becomes one of those oh so coy, BS 'PM me' or 'see my signature' advertisements, or if people complain either because their downline has been hijacked, or they feel I am giving you an unfair advantage and allowing you to advertise, I will have to ask you to put your thread in the Tech Tips and Advice or Advertising thread.

... and by the way, Kym - they don't have to 'get over it' - (your post above) and you will, because I have to be fair to everyone. All the members are equally important here and there are no special rules for certain people.

Maybe if I ever get serious again, I will ask you for some advice on SU myself. In any case I wish you and all those people you help the very best of luck with SU and everything else.

Hi Kym, what i'm intend to ask is, I'm not under Jason Cardamones direct downline, so i cannot join u guys in that program. That's why i'm asking is there any SU Co-op that can help people like me to have success in SU. I would like to join if there's any. Not easy to get people paying almost 50 bucks monthly if they don't have any idea on what that program about.

I have done some research for you!

If you are not on my team.....or Jason Cardamones direct downline - then we have established that you are not able to take advantage of our team program called SUcopycat ($15p/mth) - bummer!

BUT........

If you are a memeber of Mike Wards downline - which I assume you will be if you joined SU through Pips (Pat????) then you may have another option!

If you go to whoismikeward.com you can check out a program called SU builder. This is similar to what my team has and if you joined SU through pips then you should be part of Mike Wards downline in which case - you can get in!

SU builder has a full write up on Mike's page at the addy above - it costs either $23 or $53 per month depending on the option you take.


Then..............you have the rich jerk!

Ok - now I couldnt quite find specialized SU info from the rich jerk - but other SU teamsters have told me about it.

There is a video of Stone on therichjerk.com site and here is his written testimony............

when you log into SU at the bottom of the first page - there is a getting started list!
everybody should do as many things on this list as they can! (I didnt purchase the magazines)

one of the main things you are advised to do is to contact your upline.
I know people have trouble getting a response from their different uplines - but my upline says it is crucial and I know I feel much better to have constant conversation and support with different strategies for promotion etc.

so, you should contact your upline and see who is happening!
by happening, I mean - who has something extra to offer to their teams (like Jason Cardamone or Mike Ward)
who is available?
who is responsive?
who is proactive?
who is helpful and willing and able?

there will be someone - you just need to do the work and find them!

SU has excellent network marketing courses in the back office and so does empowerism! use the programs theat you pay for for your own benefit - not just that of your wallet!

I'll get back to you when I know more - hope this info helps!
Keep in mind - Stone Evans himself has approved and provided testimony to the above - so they have to be doing something right!

I hope this gives you something to work with if you cant get my teams program!

PS - if you want some extra ideas - check out my site and notice how and where I have banners and links! I track this stuff and it does quite well - especially the banner at the top of the page and the 2 links below it! You will see that I have banners and links at the top, bottom and sides and throughout the text as well! (pers/dev site)
my personal development site is more effective at generating SU leads than my make money online sites! (interesting!)

you can get all these banners from your su back office - click on resources then banners and pick the ones you like!

Notable to mention this statement was made prior to Stone discovering RFS/GRN.

Unless I am mistaken, I believe that now RFS/GRN has become 'the most' - which I don't imagine is hard with $1000 commissions and no gangly 'legs' and hoops to jump through to earn a commission on your sales directly.

...Then again only a few will be able to afford the membership fees.

RFS is the funnel system for GRN. So you join RFS and check it out for $50; and then if you decide to go for it, you need to join GRN, which is like $3000, plus $300 a month (to RFS - Stephen will correct me if I am wrong on where that $300 goes to!)

Their commissions are $1000 and from what I understand if someone travels they can get their invested money back in deep travel discounts alone and then the commissions would be on top of that.

RFS sounds like it is the ultimate marketing system - it's been awhile since I read the stuff, but it seems like it does a lot for you.

I guess it is the big fee to join GRN that holds people back. I think though, if one is an experienced, confident marketer, they wouldn't hesitate to see the potential. For the rest of us it would be a big gamble.

I felt the same way about SU, because of the cost even though it is small comparatively to GRN -
