Marketing PIPS for Christmas
Share on:

Hi Guys,

I've not been around much lately due to work comitments with the day job but I am hoping to put that to rights over the next few days.

I just thought I'd start a thread about marketing PIPS for Christmas. I know it would be difficult for someone to in effect buy PIPS as a xmas present, but I think there are possibilities. What is your opinion on the subject?

I have just written a blog post with the idea of promoting PIPS as well as a few others progs as well.

Will it work I wonder?

Last Christmas I wanted to give something back to my downline, so I sent cash for nothing...not much, but hey, it's the thought that counts, and it was money directly out of my pocket, and it sure made me feel good to give.

However, I didn't feel that the money was appreciated in almost all cases. I was giving my money to people in my downline who didn't even care and were not about to care about working on their businesses.

So I believe you have to make sure you're giving to the right people, those who really want to do the work and will appreciate the gift...How will you know? Building a good relationship with your downline may help?

Hi Graham,
Like Liane, I thought about giving a present to my SFI dowline, but I decided to give it only to my EAs, and to those who will upgrade.

I am working now on a Christmas package, with 10 free ebooks and softwares that I never used before.

I know my EAs will appreciate it and so will other people who upgraded in other programs.

If you wish to give a PIPS site as a present, make sure the at least the hosting is paid for 6 month, and then if they want to keep it, they will pay.

Hi, Graham:

I think this is a good example of how we can sometimes take a step back and look for different or unique ways to promote our online businesses.

Posting it here is a great way to get everybody's creative thoughts flowing. I've just read some good, inspirational ways to use various elements of our PIPS business to "gift" others.

Hi Graham,

Great post and very thought provoking for all members at this time of year. I have always tried to encourage EA's in my team with gift vouchers or more recently I have found re-assigning my new affiliates as an incentive to upgrade is quite popular but a stick of dynamite may be more useful for some affiliates LOL.

I am thinking now of perhaps saying a thank you to my existing EA's with some sort of xmas gift along these lines because after all, without them we wouldn't have an SFI business ( that's a hint for my upline there guys LOL).

Mal.

When Xmas comes, online sales in the work at home field is slower. I would kind of not expect to make any major sales. December is the SLOWEST time of the year.
