Hi fellow warriors...

I just wanted to update my progress.

I finally made page 1 on Google for one of my keywords. I've held the #10 ranking for a little over a week now. WHEW!!

I would like to thank all of you who have helped me along the way. I know I probably was a pest at times. But,,,I'm still learning Internet marketing.

So....I'll probably be bugging you even more now. LOL

Congratulations, and do not mean to burst your bubble I have tons of first page keyword phrases but it does not mean anything unless they are highly searched phrases. If there are a lot of Google adwords sponsored ads on the first few pages then it will be profitable in most cases.

I have two keywords in my title. Both are on Page One (one on Google and one on Yahoo and Bing). I have two other keywords working their way up the rankings. I'm thinking of changing two other keywords that aren't doing much.

I must have scared some people, I was up to #7 on Google for a few days. Guess those that I passed didn't like it, so they got busy. But still on Page One.

Hhhmmm....just checked my ranking and I'm ranked #6 on Google now. That's out of 311 million results.

Right now... I'm writing a lot of content, for my blog and for Ezine Articles. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary as far as getting backlinks, just the usual stuff. Just a lot of time and hard work.

I have noticed my traffic has about doubled, since I got on the first page. So I'm starting to get more conversions, which is great for me.

No...I don't use auto-submit for my articles or link submission software. I did it the old fashion way, submitted it myself. I mainly use Ezine Article, but have a few on other article directories. My backlinks I do manually, so I can pick and choose who I link to.

I've also write a lot for my blog.

I don't know anything about AAS.

This was my first website, I wanted to learn as much as possible, so I did everything myself. I've learned a lot. Now I'm building more sites and using all the stuff I didn't use on this site. So....I'm learning more new stuff.

My traffic has increased almost 3 times what I was getting before I reached Page 1.

A backlink is just a link back to your website from a blog or another site.

There is no secret to getting there. I put in a lot of hard work and time. And I'm still working hard on my rankings.

I dropped to #8 for a day.....now back to #6

You must have worked hard. PIPster should know they need to do their home work in order to profit from their business. Most of us came here with no single knowledge of online marketing but with the help of PIP we are able to learn some new and exciting.

I really believe all this constant talk about backlinking is preventing people from actually understanding how to make money in different of the PIPS MLM programs.
There are only a few PIPS members who are in the Top 30 PowerRank at SFIMG.
Stone Evans is in the number 2 position, Ewen Chia is number 4 , Erich Winnecke is 13, Cynthia Minaar is number 20,Jeff Mulligan is 24 and I am 28, sooon to move up
drastically. So where are all the big guys with all these backlinks? They are not even
in the Top 100 PowerRank. Why? Because they think Google ranking will produce everything in life. Well, guys, let me give you a little clue. It does not. As a matter
of fact, Google will destroy whatever you do in a heart beat and think nothing of it.
I used to have a Page Rank3 website which, by the way, did not make me money.
Actually helping people learn how to use these particular MLM programs to make money is what will make you money and your downline money. BTW, all my downlines
are members of teams and we are not all trying to outrank each other in certain keywords. We actually help each other out. But I am sure everyone will attack me

Yup. Page 1 #1 on Google is not the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Unless you've been paid to get a site there of course.

Yeah,,,,kinda stuck at #7...got some heavy-weights ahead of me on Google. Back and forth between #3 and #2 on Yahoo and Bing.

I have 4 more sites I just put up a couple of weeks ago. So I'm trying to get them started up. One of them is already on page 1 of Bing and Yahoo. So I'm spread pretty thin right now. LOL

Wow! that's nice. Now you can finally say that you are on the right side of everything. Keep it up and as always monitor your keywords and make some seo and for sure one day all your keywords will be on top of search engine. By the way, how many weeks you spent for that before it went to page 1?
