Reupload the files for your wp installation using an ftp program like FileZilla. Corrupted during transfer or you missed one file. Most likely the wp config

wp-config.php is present there. Actually I tried to install WP-Super-Cache plugin and this error creeps in. Any other idea why this is coming and how I can resolve it? Aviroop |

If the error occurred after you installed WP-Super-Cache, then you should disable/uninstall it. That may fix your problem. I've heard that other people had problems with this plug-in on certain versions of Wordpress. Make sure your Wordpress installation is up to date.

Delete the plugin either via your file manager in your cpanel (go to your domain folder, wp-content, plugins), or via an ftp program. Leslie |

That's beyond my scope of Wordpress. If Houdy stops in he may be able to help. I don't know what else to tell you. Sorry.

You're going to have to go into the header.php file in a text editor and fix the syntax errors. If you download a free 30 day trial of dreamweaver it will highlight the syntax errors in yellow for you. Appearantly this is a common problem. The best solution is going into your c_panel, uninstalling wordpress altogether and then re-installing it again. This happens when people upgrade and sometimes in initial upload, files get corrupted, functions don't call and it doesn't all load up. Try this then get back to us with an update.

I agree the easiest thing to do is to just wipe the whole thing out on your server and re-install it.
