Hi everyone glad to be a new member of WF what i have read so far is very interesting and so much more to read! Well i started my journey about 2 years ago looking for what most looked for then...how to make some money online. I guess my first major lesson i learnt is how hypotizig sales letters can be and they way they are structured to mess with your emotions. Cause of this i did buy two programs that gave me nothing but spam at a cost of $120 bukaroos. That first got me in to marketing and the type of methods used to make money online. I think my son is ready to throw the computer at me at this stage cause he keeps telling me, is all that time on the computer going to produce some money?? Well ivé come this far and i have learnt quite a bit on my way,but need way more knowledge,i am working on a website at the moment it has a pr1 ranking on google but zero traffic. At this stage i am happy to be up there on the G serps but hoping to get some advice on how to gain more traffic, i am aware of these main concerns when using S.E.O Original Content Keywords Quality Inbound Links (as opposed to out bound links) Site Submissions (bit tricky) I am aware there are much more technical stuff, but at this stage i am still learning these subjects. Glad to be here hope to learn alot...... |

My name is Lanna Wuthenow. I am an American currently living in New York, USA. About 1 year and half ago I got involved with online business. I am fascinated by learning Internet stuff on the net. Sometimes I feel information overloaded. I wish I can have more than 24 hours a day. I like to learn and do things by myself. I am a fast learner. I graduated in 2007 with a BS degree of computer science; but still it is so much to learn online. I've transferred two websites myself to a new host successfully. I've also set up my websites on my own. My goal is to quit my day job one day and work full-time at home. I think Warrior Forum is the best place to learn Internet marketing and interact with other members. I am happy to be part of this forum. I am looking forward to meeting you all. |

I was looking for the thread to introduce yourself! I've been doing internet marketing for the past couple of years on and off. I've looked at Warrior forum, but didn't join for a while since I was so distracted with other forums already. Also, realized it would be much more worthwhile to go out and learn a lot on my own first. Looking forward to stepping it up with all of the amazing information shared here! |

Hi Everyone - My name is Cathryn and I'm from the NW Indiana/Chicagoland area. My background is in advertising, marketing, and graphic design--which I truly love. I'm new to internet marketing and was actually kind of 'thrown' into it after being laid off from my "9 to 5 job". Hopefully, it's a blessing in disguise because I'd like nothing more than to concentrate on building a profitable business of my own. Anyway, I have built a couple of sites and am currently working on my own product. The trouble I have is staying on track because, of course, I'm wanting to learn and absorb as much as I can at the same time. Therefore, I find myself spending way more time on reading, questioning, researching, and such, than I do on working. Now that I've joined WF, I think I'll be able to manage my time better since there's really no need to surf around elsewhere. The great information and help here is more than I could ask for and it's great to have good people to rely on. Looking forward to many good things! |

Hey there, My name is Eric and I have been involved in online marketing for over 10 years. I have tacked nearly every vertical and method of marketing and found success in most of my efforts. I started out working with some of the biggest names in email marketing back around 1999. I grew to understand what they were doing and realized that I needed to begin working on my own in order to build any sort of integrity in what I do. Currently I own and operate Jibe Technologies, Inc. We are developing more projects than I can shake a stick at but performing quite well in the marketing and lead generation industries at the moment. We also run a hosting network which is quite exciting. So to wrap things up, I'm just a guy doing what I can. hehe |

Hi everyone! Sounds a bit lame, but I have only just found the introductions thread, have been looking over the great content here. So a little about me. Im Ana and I have been working in the Hospitality & Tourism Sector for 17 years and finally decided to cut loose from it to have a life and hopefully more money, which is what brought me to Internet Marketing and to this forum eventually. It's still very much a new road and I am making mistakes and a little bit of progress, but I am loving having more time to myself and learning new things. I look forward to networking with you all |

| Howdy Friends! My name is Kenneth, and I am from the Rio Grand Valley of Texas. Like you, I was searching for a Legitimate Online Business, and spent thousands of dollars on opportunities that just did not work for me. The main reason is that most of the opportunities I chose required me to be a salesperson (of which I am definitely not), and worse had undisclosed requirements that were too costly for me to afford on my limited budget. Then I found Plug In Profits, and that revolutionized everything. I am very excited about what I have learned thus far and am looking forward to finally starting to make money on the internet. Nice to be a part of the PIPS family. To your online success, Kenneth |

Hi Everyone This is Naveen Thalanki. I first heard about this forum when Marlon Sanders mentioned it in one of his blog posts. I love learning about Internet Marketing. At its core it is about learning valuable skills of influencing and testing. Unfortunately I am yet to make money though I have been at it for 2 years (on a part time basis). Although it is tough to have a day job and still work on IM I found a surprising benefit of IM in my day to day job. You see I am type A person and take everything way too seriously. But having an outlet to unleash my passion and energy has made me far more relaxed at work. As a result I have done very well for the last 2 years! Sometimes you do need to practice detachment to achieve your goals. Naveen |

My name is Peter Osigbe, I have always dreamt of having my own business. I dropped out of university and started sending off for all these business opportunity stuff. Many of them sucked, a few were good & open my eyes to the world of marketing. I started making thousands online a few months ago, I should really kick myself, am ashamed to say that I had the opportunity to dive into the industry back in 2006 when Yanik Silver started his apprentice program, now many of the students of that program like andrew Fox, Peter Woodhead are now multimillionaires. I have started building my list and just launched Portfolio of Unique Products teaching people the mistakes I made & how easy it is for them to start their own information marketing business on the Internet or Simply using their postal system. I am continuing to learn & work on being a star in this industry by providing alot of value to my customers |

Hi everyone! My name is Gary. I've been "Playing" with internet/affiliate marketing starting with Chris Carpenters book (2003?) "GoogleCash" and actually made a little money. But I liked my job at that time so,....Fast Forward >> I became too ill to work (I was a Truck Driver), lost everything,..house, two vehicles, one Harley Davidson, and I feel like I've lost my dignity as well as I try to fight for SSDI, and now live in a teeny tiny appt. with my wife of 17 yrs. and 2 kids and one Medium sized dog. Sob story over now, let's move on.... Yes, I will need to get my SSDI (I'm getting close. Hopefully by end of June), but I absolutely refuse to live the rest of my life on $1400 per month Disability. I'm only 43 yrs old (as of May 4, '09). My kids, one boy and one girl, are in the "Tweeny" age range and I still have a LOT of life still yet to live. I refuse to fail. Let me rephrase that,.. I refuse to quit!!! I feel like I know more than I need to know to be making money online, but I can't seem to "Pick a Spot and GO"!! (Spot = Niche). I've known several "Guru's" to say that the Warrior forum is the only "Guru" one needs to get going. I have accumulated many marketing tools such as,.. Market Samurai, KeywordElite, SEO Elite, Micro Niche Finder, TrafficTravis, as for info products I have accumulated,..Frank Kerns Mass Control Video's, John Reese's Traffic Secrets 2.0, Stompernets "Stomping The Search Engines 2" and "The Net Effect Journal" (they are a PAIN to deal with though), The first 3 months of Frank and Treys "Info Millionaire" Magazine and DVD's. I have great free and paid memberships such as Brad Callens SearchEngine Elite, Amy Basses "The niche Blogger" OH! before I forget, as I write this post, I am also waiting for Mike Filsaims "ButterFly Marketing 2.0" to arrive in the mail. Ok there is more, but I don't want anyone to think that I may be suffering from "Information Overload"! LOL that made me laugh just to type that! In trying to close: Although I do get depressed sometimes, and the illness that I have ZAPS my energy, I am for the most part upbeat and optimistic,...well, actually for the sake of my two Amazingly Fantastic kids that I love more than life its self, I refuse to fail, I have no choice but to succeed at making a comfortable living from home, and NOT live on SSDI!!! Yes, sometimes I am a firecracker. I'll stop now. Thanks for reading this far!! Gary. aka @GanderCo (Twitter) |

Hello It took me that long to figure out keyword search and competition and now I think I'm not only 'redeemable' but may be onto something with my domain name. My domain phrase gets about 30,000 searches a month! So Im writing content and hoping it'll happen for me finally. That's my story, the rest is a bit bland and you'd probably yawn and fall asleep. I like Warriorforum very much and have a big amount of faith in what people are saying here. So please, no lies, guys. ) |

Hi there, my name is Peter, a German guy living in Barcelona, Spain. I've joined the Plug-In Profit system a few months ago, after a long time of search and research which actually started with Robert Allen's "Multiple Streams of Income" book that Stone recommends - and it's really worth reading it!! Unfortunately, I can't dedicate too much time to my business right now, only about 1 hour a day, and I have already a nice number of subscribers, but although I've sent a few broadcasts, only two of them responded. On the other hand, I don't want to bother my subscribers too often either, so all that is kind of frustrating. I won't give up, though!! And yet I am here, I have a question (which might fit more in another section of this forum, but...): the opt-in pages of the Plug-In Profit site (www...pop1.html to www...pop11.html) are quite nice and I would like to split test them, but they have all the same REF number (501) and hence I don't know from which of the pages the sign-up comes from... Does anybody know how to sort that out? I asked Patricia from the PIPS help desk, but she couldn't help me there and recommended me to post in the forum. Well, whatever, I'll eventually figure it out!! Thanks anyway and all the best!! Peter |

Hi all - I'm from Northern California. I've been fairly successful in corporate America, but what I do there isn't holding my attention like it used to...it's still exciting, still very busy, and pays well. Every time I start searching for something else to try, I end up at IM, or something related to it (usually an idea for a new web based service of some sort). That's part one. Part two: My wife has a strong desire to earn some money (she's raising our children) and is finding extra time on her hands as the youngsters are growing up. However, she's not very tech savvy...but she's very sharp and can pick things up. She feels that her lack of tech knowledge and IM knowledge is too much of a barrier to entry. I disagree, but I need to help her over that hurdle. So I've put a stake in the ground with her - I'll learn about IM teach her how to do it. Of course, while I have a lot of interest, I'm also a total newbie, but I do have a strong (and distant) tech back ground. So...while I'm not up to date on the latest, I understand it when I encounter it. I'm also fortunate to be doing this ground work from a position of security - I'm employed and my company isn't about to go away. This forum is a gold mine. My biggest problem now is figuring out where and how to start. I'm doing some baby steps - reading a lot here, buying some domains and setting up a site, mostly so I can start getting approvals from the affiliate networks...they really like to see you with your own site and domain. After that, who knows. Get a keyword tool and start working on AdWords campaigns? Polls? Mini sites? Keep up a blog or product site, and work on SEO'ing it? Create a community site? Membership site? And each of those are likely just the beginning, as to be truly successful, you want a web of interconnected, but different, components. Anywho, good stuff. I'm enjoying the journey so far, and my family thinks I'm a bit nuts working on the computer for 6 hours at home after and 8-10 hour work day. But, it's all about the journey...I look forward to traveling with you. |

Hi, I am a business coach and have been online since 2001. In September 2008 I launched The International Asso of Solopreneurs which has an affiliate program built in. This was my first attempt at using affiliates. Then I signed up for a paydotcom account to promote an e-course workshop program. My newest venture that will be live in 4-5 weeks is an online application to help solo business owners create marketing plans and stick to them. These are the programs that I want to learn about joint ventures and affiliate programs. Most importantly how to make them profitable. Last week as I began searching for assistance and talking to people I had three different people in a 24 hour time period tell me I needed to come here. So here I am looking for assistance. I don't know that this is the proper place to ask my questions. So I will simply say I am hopeful that I have found the experts that can be of assistance. My current sites are www.donnaamos.com and www.solopreneurs.org |

Hi Guys, This is my first post in the forum . It is just great to be involved in The Warrior Forum and also with the Plugin Profit Site People. I live on an Island to the south of mainland Australia. In the state of Tasmania , where we operate a small farm. I am also involved with doing some casual work as a Support Worker and Bus Driver at a local Nursing/Retirement Home.In doing this type of work it still allows me plenty of free time to pursue my other passion which is my interest with Marketing,Advertising,Blogging and anything related to promoting the Plugin Profit Adventure. http://www.PluggedProfitsForMe.com Great to be with the PIP'S Family. |

Hi everyone. My name's Nura and I'm from Malaysia. I got interested in IM after picking up this book from Corey Rudl a few year's back....(really sad that he's gone, May he rest in peace). The book was "How to create a fortune on the Internet - In just 4 simple steps". I read the book but didn't apply it. I work in advertising (client servicing to be exact), a job that completely zaps my energy most days of the week. But I now find myself with a lot more time (I suppose, the economic downturn and all that). So, I'm doing some heavy duty studying. I invested in Mike Dillards' programs (BOAB, Magnetic Sponsoring, MLMTF), Renegade University, Ed Dales' 30DayChallenge, reading gazillion eBooks on CPA, Affiliate Mktg, Lead Generation, trying to understand what is white hat/black hat techniques, Social Marketing (Michelle MacPhearson's free ebooks are gems, I think), and other books. Am now trying to figure out what exactly to do next. I'm also into network marketing (don't worry, I'm not gonna plug my wares here) and have set up my own Virtual Ad agency. So, a lot of studying and a lot of doing, which will be a test of my multi-tasking skills. I'd like to say to all new friends to Warrior Forum that WF totally rocks. The useful recommendations of available resources (free or otherwise) are just awesome. The advice from the WF veterans are so....you can't put a price on that. Although there may be some disagreements between the members off and on, it only shows that they are passionate. So don't be turned off by that....besides, passion is what drives us to action. So, be inspired to move forward, folks! Cheers! Nura |

What can I tell you ‘about’ me? I make a living online, and have done so since 2002 when I quit my job as an security alarm installer. I had a small hobby site and kept seeing an odd request in my weblogs. People were coming to my site looking for (widgets). I was a bit annoyed that they weren’t interested in my hobby, only in an obscure term that I had used inadvertently on one page. What did I do? You guessed it - I erased the term from my page and thought that would get these annoying visitors to stop coming to my site. A short time later, I reconsidered and that moment changed everything. I actually made a page dedicated to that ‘widget’ and the commissions started rolling in. I was on my way to earning a living online. Since then I’ve educated myself in PPC, affiliate marketing, SEO, and web design. Along the way I’ve become a bit of an amateur graphic design artist as well. When people ask me what I do for a living, instead of trying to explain - I usually say I am a consultant, or a web traffic broker. |

I started with PIPS in July of 2008 I knew absolutely nothing about this business and still struggles with it but I am learning little by little making some mistakes and learning from them. I hope that very soon I will become great at this and do it full time. I still work at a day job which keeps me very busy but I try to make time for my business to make it work, and no matter what I am going to make it work even if it takes a long time. |

Belinda: Good for you - you go girl! My husband started a medical device company (now public) - It's been a 25 year + journey - dealing with FDA, etc, etc. We have put everything we have back in it and keep on fighting (we just finally did get our FDA approval). When I ask him if he know how tough it would be if he's do it again - and he says absolutely. That this will change medicine and it is now. The experience has taught me the value - and reward - of commitment. Nancy |

Hi - I read your blog and I hope I'm not being too forward orgoing out of bounds here - but I can so relate to what you're saying because I felt exactly the same way. This is what I'm doing now - loving it for the training, the community, how simple it is and the potential to make money. I knew nothing about internet marketing and although I still consider myself a "newbie", I've learned a ton. IBizLive.info Nancy |

Hi all, Monkey here (Simply love the name, call me monkey if you like, am used to it). Am just beginning in my journey of internet marketing. I accidentally stumbled to plugin profit site and joined. Loves the 30 days to success guide. To be honest, this is the first time I spend several hundred in one day for an internet venture . And heck, I'm loving every single one of the product being pushed forward. I am even trying to tweak every single thing Stone set up through the plugin profit site. Can't say anything else, it's simply fun to just tweak them . This is even the first time for me to actually get a to-do list... just because of plugin profit site. The information rocks. Be seeing you guys and sorry if I got a bit over anxious :p |

Sometimes really blur on it and trying to figure out what is happening. I understand that there is a lot of things to LEARN on the internet marketing but have to be consistent and patience. Hello everyone, I am Josh. I'm fairly new to this site, I've haven't been a very active member here yet so I thought this the best place to start. I have dabbled in the Internet Marketing biz for a little over a year now. I started trying to earn income online when my wife became pregnant and had to leave her job. It's definitely been a learning experience I'll tell you. I started out like most people do, i.e. getting ripped of by many unsavory "GURU's" and buying over priced garbage materials. Luckily I was able to find some useful info in some of the things I bought and now I'm starting to piece things together. I always new I could do this kind of thing but getting everything together can be daunting for a N00B. That's why I've been coming here; They say if you want to be rich, get some rich friends. Hopefully I can learn a lot from the people here as several seem to be doing very well in their own right. Currently I'm working on setting up a few blogs and I've been very active selling on Auction sites and working with a few of my affiliate programs. I've had decent success so far so now I'm ready to to push it to the limit. Here is a great quote that I remember hearing once, I'm not sure who originally said it though. "A winner is only a failure who didn't give up." |

My name is Carolyn Norman. I am from Arkansas. I have been working at the same job for almost 31 years. Things are not looking good out there. They are cutting back. I have been around internet marketing for years not having any luck. I am going to try real hard for this to work for me. I am trying to follow directions this time. Trying not to get overwhelmed with all the information. Take it a step at a time.

Hey everybody, Hope each of you are doing fine! I came upon WF back in 2006 when I was studying David Vallieres "You Can Make A Living Course". Unfortunately, I never took advantage of it until earlier this year. Wow, what a dummy! Live and learn. I retired back in '07 from the Ad Specialty Business, combined with retirement age and being one of the early casualties of the current recession due to a very high percentage of customers within the Housing and Construction Industry, I closed down. I'm not looking to make a Fortune in IM, I'm looking to help others and to hopefully, supplement my family's living expenses. I still have two children at home. I really enjoy Blogging, and, providing quality PLR and MRR products to others who need them, through my membership site, which I just launched. And, I'm still trying to help here at the WF and on Twitter as often as possible. I Home School my youngest daughter and the older son at home is going to Community College. If I can help you, never hesitate to ask. If I can, I will! Have a nice one and I'll see you around the Forum or on Twitter! Thanks, George |

Hi, My name is Teri and I'm from Jamaica. I'm pretty new to internet marketing, I started last August. I've been learning a lot and I've also taken a few wrong turns. What's my story? I've been in the corporate world for the past 30+ years and I desperately want my freedom. Honestly the corporate world has been pretty good to me but I just want to move on to a different phase in my life and I need the financial freedom to do that. That's my story in a nutshell. I want to make a good living in IM, as I want to quit my day job and along with my husband we have two kids to put through college. I'm still learning, I'm currently in a mentoring program so I will see how that goes. I'm glad to be here, it's nice to know that I'm not alone. Later. |
