Too damn tired!

All day whilst at work, I had numerous thoughts about my action plan for this evening. Write a blog post, a review and post an article. Couldn't wait to get home to put my thoughts into action.

After a hard days graft at work, I came home shattered. I could hardly muster up the will to eat, let alone fulfill my target for this evening. So, what did I do?....vegged out all evening....it is only just now that I have found the will to do anything and that is limited to a couple of posts in here..... and guess what?

It's time for bed again!

Maybe I'll find the strength tomorrow.......No.....I WILL.....I MUST!!.

Graham-
I feel your pain. I did the same thing today. After a 12 hour day at work thinking about about my next post on my blog I came home and had dinner and now I'm done.
There's always tomorrow.

Graham,

Some days you are allowed to sit back and relax. You work hard, so you deserve a break here and there.

There is always tomorrow.

Hi Graham,
Though it's hard, I encourage you to persist on hitting your targets! If you've set a goal for a certain number of posts a day, make sure you hit it!

Yes, there's always tomorrow. But as much as I want to agree, I also know that saying that very statement is going to kill my business tomorrow.

Though it's hard and draining on you, I encourage you to persist on hitting your goals!

To your success,
Asher

Graham, You are entitled and shouldn't feel guilty. You will feel much better tomorrow than you would if you had not taken some time off.

It is also a very good idea to take a full 24 hours away regularly, from this entire scenario - especially the computer part. You will feel much more efficient and be more effective after a complete rest.

I have experienced what happens if you don't, my first year of 15 hour days, 7 days a week. It wasn't fun and in the long run I lost much more time recovering than I would have if I had taken regular breaks.

Take an aspirin and call us in the morning.

Graham,

Sometimes the best relief and sanity cure is to stay away from your business at times.

It renews your motivation and just gives you time to refocus.

If you are tired, you are just plain tired. Take a break. Your business will be here tomorrow - God willing.

Rest and get back to the fight when you are well rested!

Doug

Hi Graham,

Don't feel bad about vegging out and taking a break. We all need rest and we all work hard, that some days we need to just do nothing! Anyway better to take a rest for a day then make a mistake that takes you a week to fix!!

Sleep well

Hi Graham,

Feeling a bit tired you can push through.

Feeling shattered is your body sending you strong signals!

Step back and come back refreshed tomorrow.
