hello Pat and everyone

have been reading some threads and am just wondering.........
as in the "flaw in pips"thread........

if you have a mega site upgrade - does your implix id get put in?
if so where does it show up in accounts?

also - can you sell your pips site?
if so, what would you need to consider?
would you keep the hostin accounts you already have?
what about your sfi and su downlines?

just wondering really!

For any programs included in the standard Mega Site, you would need to give Darrin your affiliate IDs for the programs you belong to at the time he builds the site.

Those you are not interested in would have a default ID so there wouldn't be an error on the link. (at least that is the way it used to be and how PIPS still is)

Several Implix programs besides Getresponse used to be on there - I haven't looked at one lately. I remember like ebookgold and websitewizard for instance.

(just in case you don't realize, having the Getresponse autoresponder, whether free or pro versions, does not automatically make you an Implix affiliate - you would have to go there and join their program.

On selling your site I am not sure - but one thing to consider is your PIPS ID - you would need to include that I would think, otherwise the buyer would need to go through the Host4Profit routine to get into our system and get their own ID.

I see some problems with the transfer of the hosting account - you are the one who is responsible financially and I really think your buyer would need to apply so that they would be billed instead of you.

As well, they would need to have a copy of the files they are buying so that when they open their hosting account they would then need to put the files there.

Since PIPS itself being free there is no true matrix or anything - however with the affiliate programs, there I think you might have issues with selling your downline - you would need to consider these on a case by case basis and ask the question to the programs directly.

I just really see a lot of legal entanglements here with financial responsibility AS WELL as the legal domain name registration transfer as well. (if they had their own domain name then they would need to change all the pages to their own name)

I am sure it could all be arranged one way or the other but you would really need to think it through with all the different elements.
