Hi all, at present I have a friend trying to sign up through me and I have just received this email from him: HI Wilson I filled out all this info to your site, and I have received nothing, I also filled out an application for university and I clicked your log in that said only $2.00 for a 14 day trial and it took out $160 twice i cancelled the first one then went back in again to find the $2.00 entry and ended up again paying $160---your link says $2.00 you need to fix that up ---but my main concern is I have got no reply or any confirmation from plug in for profits As I am fairly new and not that tech savvy I would appreciate any guidance in where to go from here. The forum is not the place for this. Please send this person's email address to the helpdesk (in my signature). I have no information about this person to try to find out what is happening - Please provide his name and email address. As for Success U. The trial is $2 and then if they do not want to upgrade they need to cancel during the 14-day trial period. If not, then they will be charged for one month. This guy signed up right off - without the trial period. That is the only way he would have been charged. Admittedly this can be confusing, but that is their procedure, not ours, so there is nothng I can do. Now twice, I don't know. He can get refunded twice if necessary - he just needs to call them or email them. |
