Hi Pat,

Sorry to bother you with this, but I raised a support ticket from this forum and don't seem to be getting anywhere. The responses are below

I don't think however, that that fact should make any difference to my enquiry! ...should it?

I am talking about my affiliate referal account to host 4 profit the affilaite number is as previously stated 110493.

Sorry to bother you, but I basically just need verification that my account with you is still active. The reason I ask is that when I go to my back office, it shows account cancelled at the top left. Now I an not sure if this means MY account is cancelled or my 1 and only referal has cancelled. I would be grateful of clarification.

It sounds like you are confusing your helpdesks, Graham.

There is a Warrior Forum Helpdesk that has nothing to do with PIPS except that we have a forum here. I have nothing to do with their helpdesk.

Then there is the PIPS helpdesk and that would be where you would put the ticket - Click my signature for the helpdesk, or go to http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/helpdesk/

However, from your question what you need is the Warrior Pro/Host4Profit Reseller Program Helpdesk.

All the information on all the support for all the affiliate programs is in the PIPS member center under 'support' .

I really don't do member support on the forum but I am making an exception.

Thanks for your reply and it is much appreciated. I have to say however, I am now totally confused ! So much so, I just can't be bothered..I'lljust wait a while and see if I get any other referrals in the other programs and ask if they signed up for H4P

Yeh - Each affiliate program has their own helpdesk and support, Graham. This is all between you and them and I am not involved (I have no idea about your commissions, login or password).

My only involvement is you gave me your IDs and I put them on your PIPS account/site, etc.

It is not that I am trying to shuffle you off. I don't play that - you can always ask me to direct you to the resource you need. If you contacted the helpdesk I would have dug up their support email address for you. It's in your PIPS backoffice. (see 'Stats')
