Hi all,
This is very upsetting. We are new with our PIP site and signed up on day six of our training. We were set up with the 15 day FREE TRIAL and you had to cancel before day 15 or you would be billed $19.95 a month. That's not a problem if that is what you want to do.

They do NOT have a problem billing you!

We tried to cancel on day 12. We were given and email address to use and a phone number. The phone number is the reason we decided to give it a try since we could just call and cancel.

The email address BOUNCES. The phone number goes to an answering machine that Bryan Winters has a message on. We left our order ID, our name, our PHONE NUMBER our email address. NO RESPONSE.

We were able to obtain another phone number don't remember where, left a message on still another machine..NO RESPONSE.

Found another email address: MAIL BOUNCES

Today I called the credit card company and put a BLOCK on them charging us again and am disputing the charges. It is now a hassle for us but it is the only thing we can do.

I called the phone number that was given on the credit card and there was just a message to contact Bryan Winters send and email to yet another email address bw at push button leads dot com. The email BOUNCED.

We have even used different email accounts to send from in case one was being blocked.

I suggest you not get involved with a company that does business this way. BUYER BEWARE

Stone, if you read this and know how we can contact this person please let us know, better still remove you endorsement of this company from the training.

Ed & Donna. did you use info(at)pushbuttonleads.com

Bryan and Stone have done business together for years and he is absolutely reputable. I understand your frustration completely, however I would think better of ruining someone in a public forum instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Stuff does happen when email is involved - let me tell you I have documentation when I respond and always respond in 24 hours - yet I get screamed at and accused every single day because 40% of email is never delivered.

What emails did you use? I am only aware of the one above.

I agree a telephone message should be responded to or any contact point given should get a response. I am not sure why your mail is bouncing at all and of course they would have no idea.

If you would care to forward the information to me at pluginprofitsite(at)gmail.com I will be sure that it gets a response from Patti Baldwin and will forward that to you.

hi-

I canceled with them as well but i found it real easy. They were prompt and answer my e-mail and was canceled in 2 days. Just be patient with them e-mail can get things a little messy at times.

good luck

I gave him MORE than the benefit of the doubt!! Over 7 emails two different accounts: info at push button leads dot com and after calling the phone number on the credit card it had a message to email bw at push button leads dot com. Since I haven't posted the 50 posts I had to type out the emails. All emails bounced.

I can understand that emails can be lost but two telephone messages were left on an answering machine that Bryan Winters voice was on. I left all identifying information then another phone number was answered by an answering machine with a womans voice I again left a detailed message. How much more could I have done.

I thought this was a private support group for PIP owners? It is NOT a public one that I know about!!!!! I shared OUR experience with this company and if you can only share experiences that are good what good is a support group?

If he has been ruined it is HIS doing NOT ours.

Ok Ed I have sent an email to both those addresses to test if my mail bounces. So far it hasn't and if it does I will post back here.

This is a private forum but guess what we are on the internet. Everything we say is on the internet. PUBLIC record.

Not to mention that there is a rule here in the Warrior Forum, where our private support forum is, that no bashing of any Warrior or Warrior's company is allowed.

The reason is because it really can ruin someone's reputation unfairly - and the way it was put to me when I was new was that MY reputation would be ruined for bashing another member. Of course I was a lot more bashing than you are and the person was clearly not responding to anyone.

The thing to do is contact them - which you have tried to do. The next thing I would advise you to do is to contact me at our helpdesk and see if I can run interference for you.

It is not wrong to state your problem. But telling people not to do business with them or anything to that affect is just not cool, especially since even murderers get a chance to defend themselves and are innocent until proven guilty.

I DON'T BLAME YOU FOR BEING FRUSTRATED.

...and as I said if someone is going to give out a phone number they should respond if they get messages - same with email. Having said that businesses get hundreds of emails everyday and I am sure the phone messages are almost as bad. (that's why we don't have one)

However it is not that they didn't respond to your emails, it is that they never received them (assuming you got bounce messages on all of them) so that really doesn't seem fair to blame them for that.

Well so far my mail to both addresses has not bounced and I am wondering why yours would...

My offer still stands - if you would like me to intercede and get you a response, I will be happy to if you send me the information - email addresses, join date, cancel date, if you want a refund, etc.

It would also be helpful if you forwarded one of the bounce messages - again they may not be aware they even have a problem...

p.s. I AM sorry you have had this unfortunate experience.

I have received nothing from a Captain Ed & Donna. I can't answer them because there is no email address for them in this email.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Hi Pat and Captain Ed and Donna,

As you can see above, that email did not bounce.
That was literally the FIRST email message I have
received from anyone with your names.

If you will email me using the same email address you
used to join PBL I will process your cancellation asap.
I really can't do that without the name and original
email address of the party who joined. It would be
helpful if you include your username as well.

Warmly,

Patty Baldwin
