Hi, My question was unanswered so I'd thought I should post one here to get some answers. 1. On my Host4Profit, an address was made together with my autoresponder by default (support@mywebbie.com). How do I use THAT address and send e-mail? Must I use Outlook Express? And if so, how? Anyway to do it online? |

The support address is an email alias. It is used for a 'reply to' or 'return' address on your newsletters sent from the autoresponder. It is set up in the Mail Manager on the hosting account to forward your mail from the alias to your actual email address. You can also set up POP3 accounts on the hosting account to send mail. You can even leave the return mail on the server by checking the box not to forward it. Then you would access the mail from the 'Web Mail' icon using your hosting account username and password to log in there. If you need help on setting up those accounts please refer to the help on the hosting account or contact support(at)host4profit.net |

I only use it for return email. Occasionally I've made inquiries and the company wants an email related to me website. I put my support email in the box and it works perfectly. I |
