Empowerism leads

I would like to know if you can email the leads we get from Empowerism directly...or is that considered spam? I guess I'm a little confused as to what constitutes spam when emailing leads. Is it okay to send promotional emails to our Empowerism leads?

Thanks,

Troy

It is ideal you insert them first into your autoresponder and get them to "opt in" to your list before correspondences begin.

These correspondences are likely to be through your autoresponder anyway, and most top autoresponders will still require this.

A simple definition of spam will be corresponding with someone who has not given "you" permission to do so. I would think until you directly get them to "opt in" to your list, they have not given "you" permission to correspond with them. They have not even ever heard of "you" even though they may have corresponded with someone else from Empowerism before.

On the other hand, there are usually some insertions which allow partners etc to correspond with each others leads and if this can be expressly proved as been done by Empowerism before passing the leads to you, then you can get away with allegations of spam.

In summary, it is better to get them to "opt in" to your list first if you want to even have a reasonable chance of succeeding with them as one is not likely to reply to a person one has never heard of before.

That over, just to let you know that information available shows that Empowerism leads do not amount to much but if you get one or two to "opt in" to your list, it is still to your advantage since you are due the leads anyway.

Dele

I am in empowerism and have not had much luck with their leads either.

Has anyone had much success on Free leads, I have been trying different letters to see what pulls the most and only letter have had a little success with is a no pressure happy to help letter, want more information on home businesses available click here.

Not that I have had much just 3 opt ins on one email.

Anybody use anything else and had much success.
