I just received this email from someone claiming to be in my PIPS down line. The thing is I haven't received any notification from H4P,Empowersim or SFI of this affiliate. Any ideas on how to respond to this person? She even gave me her phone number to call.

John, My name is XXXXX XXXXXX and I am writing in regards to my recent membership with the PIPS and all the affiliates. Here is my problem, I am getting so many emails from them that I haven't had the time to sort through them and/or read them. However, last night I was in my training site and it came up to the 5th day and was suggested that I join this Response, and that my initial signup, when they set up my website up, the auto responder was only good for 5 days. I am at a loss as to what to do and would appreciate you contacting me so I will know how to take care of it. Every lesson it is suggested that I upgrade my memberships and I simply don't have the money to continue to do this and I also don't know who to contact about all my questions because I haven't been able to to get through all my tutorials and training emails. Can you please help me? I have already put so much money into this, which was something that Stones generic emails says, you won't have to spend any more money, but each affiliate wants me to upgrade for x amount of dollars that I simply don't have. I live on Social Security disability and it is only $507.00 a month. I will anxiously await your response.

She is obviously a little confused but I was wondering why I haven't received any notifications from any of these programs.

Any advice would be helpful

Your email client may be blocking your mail. You can log in to each program to check your geneology/commissions any time by using the 'stats' function in your PIPS member services area.

I would agree with Pat but make sure you contact her asap so you can communicate with your new sale and guide that person especially with minimal income to spend...

I would agree also. She is a customer. It would obviously be the right thing to contact her and start a line of communication. If you don't you may lose her.

If you login to H4P/Empowerism/SFI you should be able to see this person in your downline. I assume she is in at least one of your downlines since she has contacted you.

For someone on a low budget, I would encourage them to follow the 30 days to success, but only doing the things that are free. I would also tell them that they don't need to upgrade in everything at this stage - they can wait until they are in profit. Also mention some of the best free ways to advertise such as article marketing and forum marketing.

Thanks for all your advice- I have checked and she is not in any of my downlines. I have tried to call her and have emailed her as well

I will try to help her if I can but it seems odd that she is not in any of downlines but is contacting me.
