Any Mentors out there to help a Newbie?
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I have been on this forum for a while now and really want to kick my business into action so I can work on it full time.

My name is Alex Peak, I am 24 and working in a part time job which I do not really want to do for the rest of my life. Having a business of my own is something that I have always wanted to do.

I know it is not going to be easy at the start and I am not looking to get into a quick rich scheme, I just want to work my but off. I have various skills like article marketing, social marketing and You Tube Marketing.

I am looking to promote affiliate products and was hoping if someone could find it in there hearts to help me generate a steady income.

We can split the profits and help each other out. I am on skype most of the time so you we receive regular contact and updates on how we can move this business forward.

I thank you for taking your time in reading this thread and will be looking forward to your response.

Hello Alex.

Sounds like you might benefit from joining the Plug-In Profit Site.

* Stone Evans provides FREE online training. 24/7**
* Plug-In Profit Site also provides FREE hosting/cpanel
* FREE Fully Customizable Web Design/Wordpress enabled website/epanel
* Support and Maintenance FREE (Helpdesk) 6 days-12 hours each
* Bonuses and Member Discounts for marketing services, etc.

* FREE to join and no monthly fees. No contracts - month-to-month

* Just register a domain name with us.

So you can get a domain for $9.99 1 year registration - or for .info domains $1.99 for the first year, .us domains $3.99 first year and it's ALL DAT.

* There are optional affiliate programs (5) in our core program, and some are free to join.

--> The idea is to have multiple streams of income from the affiliate programs but to have them all in one place which is YOUR domain. This brands YOU and means you do not have to duplicate your marketing efforts and advertising 5 times.

** The training includes numerous Internet Marketing techniques so you will begin doing 'the work' in learning what exactly you need to do to start for:

* search engine marketing and optimization,
* eMail marketing,
* instructions on how to change YOUR site display and/or to add other programs,
* how to use your Wordpress blog for free marketing, advertising and networking,
* and other Internet marketing strategies.

You will find that because one-on-one mentoring is extremely time-consuming it can be very expensive. It's not because people are money-grubbing that they can't spend all of their time away from running their own home business to mentor someone else. So that is why it is really treated like a job. I work for pay.

So anyway, you might get some level of at least a promise of some mentoring from someone who will do it to get you in their downline - totally cool, imho, and so that they are paid for their time with you through the commissions.

However, the idea of 'sharing commissions' while a great idea (and one I have thought of several times) is not really feasible if you are strangers. Who would do the math?

Online financial transactions are, and should be extremely confidential and secure. Between you and the merchant. And all of your dealings in that regard as a member of Plug-In Profit Site is based on that. We are not involved in your financial transactions. It's just between you and the affiliate programs. Do not share your financial information - account numbers, usernames, passwords with anyone.

... having a business of your own - when starting out it is good to have a few expert opinions and to have a plan. But it is you that has to do the work (take action from the information you get).

Ultimately it is you that is going to have to be fully engaged in your own business. That is why 'loose' based mentoring/free coaching from affiliate marketing systems like Plug-In Profit Site will help you know what you need to do and do it free.

All the best,
Pat

Here is a little bit of advice, for free.

Your Ap Articles website is way to dark. It's actually very hard to read and has far to much info on the firs page.

Lighten it up, the color Blue is a very good color for sales and is one of the highest converting colors. Reds are also good and come in 2nd.

Show the benefits on your front page. Don't show features, technical information, or pricing. Tell the new reader why they would benefit from using your service. Don't compare it to other services like yours just tell them the benefits of your service.

Start an email list and place your opt-in form prominently on your front page and use the list to build relationships not to sell services.

If your benefits are good readers will opt-in.

You never want the first thing a new visitor see's to be your technical information or a bunch of sales stuff. Build relationships and give benefits. If you can successfully do that you will make money.

Stephen

Yes, to save lots of time you can outsource allmost everything about SEO, link building or content creation to Fiverr.com It costs only $5 and you can find real gems there to help you.

This way you'll have lots more time left to do what you're really good at and take your business to the next level. I suggest do not waste your time with doing everything yourself, especially if you can outsource so cheaply.

Just never give up and you should be fine!

All the best,
Edward

No agenda here...
