Can anyone assist with getting your site verified with google?

hello

i am trying to find some assistance with anyone who has had trouble with getting their site verified with google following the videos or step by step instructions in the 30 day training guide

i have followed the instructions over and over and there seems to be a step missing

if there is anyone out there that has had this experienced this same thing and has some insight on how to accomplish this step please reply to this thread . or point me in the right direction.

i really need some help on this one
