Success University has been removed from the PIPS sign up page.

Web Prosperity has been added to replace it.

I certainly wavered on this (for those that have been following the last few days) as I thought about the pros and cons, but after running some conversion tests, and watching my own Web Prosperity downline team duplicate like nothing I've seen before, I've decided to stay the course.

Sorry, I'm a little confused on this could you clarify if Web University is going to replace our Success University subscription automatically or do we need to cancel the Success University and sign up under Web University? I'm really new at this and not sure I'm not sure I understanding all of this (a little overwhelmed with all the information).

Hi, the person who referred me to PIPs sent me a message saying she did not think Web Prosperity was such a good program after all. Infact she had to ask for a refund which she got. This made me hesitate a bit on joining. Do you think is a good program to promote?

I am not a big fan of this change. I am just starting to build my downline in Success University and with the help of pips this was working nicely for me.

If i join Web P and start to build my downline in this program will you change to the next big program hence killing off this downline aswell?

For those of us that have small downlines jumping from opportunity to opportunity is not going to help us achieve how financial goals.

We should be given an option to keep SU on the pips sales page.

I don't want to start building another downline and see it get taken away by a change of programs.

Before you say i can promote SU as it is, PIPS has been a major player in my marketing campaigns and offering them a site and help seem to matter to the people i spoke to.

I hope something can come out of this.

I feel your pain.

I did not join Web Prosperity because you have to upgrade after you join. I have upgraded with enough PIPS core programs already (without seeing great results), so I was not going to do it with yet another program. I wanted to put all of my efforts into doing a better job promoting the existing PIPS programs.

Now, it looks like we who are not Web Prosperity members have only two choices:

- Join it whether we like it or not

- Do not join it - but we still end up promoting it because it is automatically on our PIPS sales page - and when new members join (thanks to our efforts), someone else (Stone?) gets the benefit of the roll-up.

That's how I see it, unless there's something about it I haven't been told. And as you have suggested, now we are left with doubt and uncertainty about the future of any or all other PIPS core programs. When will their number come up?

If I sound negative here, my appologies to my fellow PIPS members. I have tried my best to always be positive and supportive. I suppose the Web Prosperity situation is testing my limits of frustration.

Remember...Stone has been known to flip flop now and again.......remember Maximum Paid Surveys? It was there a month maybe and then gone as it didnt convert as well with people filling out the application....

Please remember not to get too emotional when he makes changes as this is common practice....SU might be back next month....

While I would support a 'cafeteria plan' - and would add optional new programs rather than replace existing ones, Stone would see it as making the application too complicated. There are already lots of elements to finish an application as it is with 6 programs.

He does not make these decisions arbitrarily. If something is not improving sales for PIPS or is just not successful, he will change it out for something that shows promise in testing.

Remember the saying about doing the same thing and expecting different results? Why keep a program that not many are doing that well with? An expensive program at that.

The fact is that is someone is specializing in one program and doing well with it, then they will make the effort to keep it going on their own.

I can see plenty of ways to do that, including encouraging their downline to join the program - on their own - just as you would if the person opted out of it on the application when it was still there.

The graphics can be added to the sites easily and a real proactive sponsor would possibily even assist them with doing this.

Particularly a program like Success U that has so many resources of it's own I would think would be the perfect 'side business' for people. It can definitely stand on its own.

Well I decided to stick to basic PIPS programs anyway such as Empowerism and SFI. I have quit Success University because of their complicated compensation plan and difficulty with enrolling people. I noticed Web Prosperity similar to Success University so I didn't upgrade.

In the future I'm going to simplify my website and focus it on promoting SFI, Empowerism and Pips only.
So I'm not really worry about the Pips sales page changes.

However, Pat has provided us old timers who like having SU on the sales page with the answer. Just keep SU on the http://YOURURL.com/pips.html sales page that you host on your website and promote THAT one instead of http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/main-YOURAFFILIATECODE.

And if you want your new affiliates who join SU to do the same, show them how to add SU to their sales page.

Problem solved. Everybody happy - right? :-)

Actually DH that is not correct.
http://yoururl.com/pips.html is the sales page -

In fact it is only a redirect to the sales page - no source code.

The source code for http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/main-YOURAFFILIATECODE. is on the pluginprofitsite host and pips.html is just a redirect to the same page.

I do NOT recommend hosting your own sales page because you will possibly miss global updates done to the corporate sales page.

What I said is you can keep Success University on your WEBSITE, NOT YOUR SALES PAGE.

If we decide not to continue with SU, how do we remove it from our current site,and do the leads go somewhere else if we don't remove but are no longer members? You would remove Success U through the file manager on your host server.

If you leave it as is and quit the program, the commissions will roll up to your sponsor just as they always would have.

It is still a very good program as Stone says. I can really see it being a side business for anyone that can afford it. If people take advantage of the training there, the cost is justified just in that. I have heard they are still revamping it and more changes are expected in the near future.

Personally I am going to stick with Success University as I think it is a good program and I make a decent income from it.

Hopefully Stone's decision to simpify things and have less paid programs on the PIPS sales page will result in an improvement in the conversion rate and more PIPS sales for everyone.

I love SU too, and am just beginning to make some income with it.

I was upset when I heard it was being dropped from the sales page, as I think it is an excellent program, and set to increase its sales rapidly over the next year.

However, on thinking about it, I think it does better when it is promoted separately to PIPS. I think most of my sign-ups (the ones who stay, anyway) probably come from my SU sales page, and a promotional page that I added to my PIPS site. The ones who join up through PIPS often don't stick around.

So anyone who wants to stay with SU, I would say - get yourself a good sales page and promote it like mad!

When I first signed up I remember feeling very overwhelmed at trying to learn all about the different programs and what they had to offer. To this day, and even though I paid the monthly fee for SU, I did not get anything out of it. I finally had to cancel my membership. Maybe it's a good program, maybe not. I don't know.

In the beginning, as a newcomer to the world of Internet Marketing, there was and still is so much to learn. And for some reason SFI, Empowerism, Get Response, Host4Profit and Traffic Swarm were pretty simple to understand, whereas SU was much more complex, for me anyway.

I've saved every single piece of information I have received from SU and plan to one day go over all of it, but for now I have enough on my plate and I didn't feel comfortable promoting a program I new nothing about myself.

Thank you again, I believe your choice is a wise one.

I like the idea of keeping it simple. Too many programs that cost extra money to join tend to put people off in the beginning, as the majority of new internet marketers really don't have all that much capital and usually not too much knowledge either.

I would like you to know that I am still considering adding Web Prosperity to the PIPS sign up process. This will depend on a few factors:

1) Your feedback.
2) How PIPS converts prospects to customers without a 6th program. If there is no change, I may add a 6th program back and Web Prosperity is the most likely candidate.

My goal is to make sending prospects to your PIPS sales page as profitable as it can be for all involved. I am personally very enthusiastic about the profit potential of Web Prosperity and the usefulness of Web Prosperity products for Plug-In Profit Site members.

I'm going to make another post here in the forum as a poll to get your feedback about this idea... Something that would have been useful to do from the beginning of this process.

It all got overwhelming very quickly and caused some 2nd guessing from potential PIPS members. Success University is a fantastic program that I wholeheartedly believe in and support, but I think having it as a core program of PIPS is asking potential members to swallow too much at once.

With Web Prosperity, you know up-front that it's just $29.95 or $59.95 and the tools themselves are perfectly targeted (useful) to a Plug-In Profit Site member. I also think the compensation plan may be better. I still think this could be the right fit for PIPS so I'll go make a post and gather some more of your feedback...

I signed up with SU but I cancelled the account . because the hardest thing I ever face is to make people enrolling into something (like SU) I entered Network Marketing long time ago, so I knew it. may be I'll join SU Later, but right now I have to focus on Affillate marketing & on my Blog.

So what is advertised as $49.95 per month is actually + this $6 - You can tell them you do not want to receive the CDs and then it is really $49.95

Well, they must be in the mail and when you get them, don't open it, just write 'return to sender' and give it a week - then contact them again and say you did send them back.

They will issue the refund.

May I say congratulations to myself the more on your removal of SU from the website.
I tell you somthing. Your action and mine are coincidental. I personally sent an email to SU to cancel my subscription with it, even without knowing that you were going to do same.
My reason: their high subscription rate and the bitter experience I had with them by charging my credit card very much above the monthly subscription that I signed with them wihout any explanation for doing so.
Again, I do not know how to check whether I have any money or not.
Now that I have removed it fron my website how do I know whether I have some money with them?
Aside SU, I must let you know that since I joined PlugInprofiteSite,over three months now, I have not made a dime. I am not lazy.I write a number of articles every now and again. What is the matter?

This is one reason we removed the program because people can't understand all the details (which are confusing).

The deal is this:

$2 for 14 day trial.

However you need to cancel BEFORE the 14 day trial is over if you do not want to be billed going forward.

The program if $49.95 per month (+ additional few dollars if you want to receive CDs every month)*

There is ALSO an option to pay a ONE TIME $100 fee for a premium membership (not required).

So if you click that you would be billed $149.95 for the first month and $49.95* starting the second month.

Question to Patricia or any experienced Success University member:

If you are a Premium Member (I am), but you want to stop the monthly $49.95 payments for a time, can you do that and still keep your SU membership? Or once you cancel, you're kaput?

If you are completely cancelled as a member (even after you've paid for Premium Membership), then that's one more reason not to appreciate SU, despite the tremendous value their products offer.

I've looked for this answer on the SU site but have not found it. Maybe I'm just looking for love in all the wrong places?

I think the posts have slightly deviated from the subject but I personally think that having less is more, especially at the moment, people are scared of spending money and we need to make signing up to PIPs easy and less complicated. I will not be re-newing my SU membership and I will not be signing up for WP.

GT - I think it is 3 months you can be unpaid and still keep your place in the matrix (however not earn commissions) - after 3 months then you would need to start over. Not sure however whether being a premium member makes a difference in this scenario - think it is the same either level).


Well now they again have a free option to join WebProsperity and make commissions. It is silly to miss any commissions if it is free to sign up for the program.

Hi. InMemories - Then contact them - They would more than likely credit your credit card and maybe you won't see it until the next statement. You can call your bank and see if there is a credit pending.

Not sure where you are but the mail can take time, and then they can take some time to process the refund.

It would be best if you contact them and tell them that you did return the packet about 2 weeks ago, and you want to know when you can expect the refund.

Be sure to give them your full name, username and email address you used to apply for the program.
