Hello All, As we are promoting affiliate programs through our websites, I wonder if I do need a Earnings Disclaimer and a Disclosure added to my website to be on the save side. If yes, can anyone please tell me how to get those documents and where and how to add it on a website. Thank's in advance for your help. Regards, Martin |

Martin - The sales page has a bunch of disclaimer and privacy pages that cover your business. However if you want to add your own to your website, it is very easy to add pages to your website. Just login to Wordpress and click 'Pages' and then 'Add New' - it is essentially the same as adding a Post to your Blog. As far as where to get them, you should go to a legal services website or Google it to find one that has the documents you want to use. As well I think you will find that every affiliate program has some that would also cover you. I just added a statement to one of mine to the effect that: xxxxxxxxxx.com claims NO responsibility for any claims made by the programs or products within this site. We do try to screen the ads/programs thoroughly. We also disclaim any liability for the use of any contributed information contained herein. |
