Well you could download your files from your ePanel to your desktop using FTP. You could also save those files to a disk. And you could find a free backup service like Mozy that could backup your files online.

Hey John - there is a back up function on Host4Profit and it zips it all up and you save it to your hard drive.

Look in the web panel.

BTW: you need to take out the HTML brackets from your signature - use [ and ] and not < and >

You may as well just delete the whole thing and start over because it is safer like that since you can no longer see what was there when you edit it. Some funny characters are showing up.

HAY MY DEAR FRIEND, HOW THE HECK ARE YOU? ANYWAY?

OK..you need to:

login to your webepanel at http://yourdomain.com/menu
find the icon that is called "website backup manager" and click
choose the ZIP file format
click "create my website backup"
then you get to a page with a link - just click it, the backup is now on your computer!
You have to UNZIP this file (right click - extract all files)

thats it - your'e done!
hope this helped!
