3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile I'm fairly new to the Warrior Forum and wanted to really spice up my profile. Creating a Warrior Forum Signature was the first on my list. Since I love teaching others I figured I'd right a quick HOW TO on this. The major things I'm going to cover are:
Ok let's get to the good stuff! Warrior Forum Signature
Create an Avatar Picture
Add Social Icons & Profile Detail
Hope this helps some of the newbies like myself! |

Re: 3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile A very good guide - thanks for posting! All of the points are important, but I do like the emphasis on using a personal photo as your avatar pick so you come across as being more personal and approachable. GT :) |
Re: 3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile Great tips. Thanks for sharing. |
Re: 3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile That's a great guide for those who are new or haven't yet done this things, thanks. For those just browsing and haven't yet signed up I'll add this tip, use your real name. It starts the process of branding yourself. |
Re: 3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile Another tip is to lend authority: "practice what you preach".. ..if you tell someone (preach) that something is a fact then have a link in your signature to your own website that proves you practice what you preach. Otherwise, people may not consider you an authority. Example of a person without authority: The discussion is about Article Marketing and someone preaches that it works or does not work to get indexed. However, there is no link in their own signature to their own website with their own articles that are indexed. Example of a person with authority: GT and other members are perfect examples of an authority, but lets look at GT because he "practices what he preaches" in that his signature has links to his own website(s) with his own articles that are in fact indexed. Now, who would you consider an authority? The guy talking the talk (No Sig) or the guy walking the walk (In The Sig)? Jeffery 100% :-) |

Re: 3 Simple Steps to Spice UP Your Warrior Profile Here is a tip on how to brand yourself and gain trust on the Warrior Forum. When posting replies make them relevant and helpful. If someone needs help and you know the answer give them your advice. Never be arrogant or rude. This will get you "Thanked". The more members give you thanks the more trust you build. Also, thank those who help you by pressing the button on the bottom right of any post. ;) |
