Hi Friends

I am in a position that I must sell my websites. I hate to do it because there has been a lot of work put into it but I have to either sell or loose them. I am facing a bit of a crisis.

But, once the dust has settled i will be back full force and with a new direction. The PIPs program offers a lot of opportunity for anyone willing to put in a little effort. When i come back I will capitalize on the PIPs opportunity and I will make money from it, it's not that hard to do.

The below site is one I have worked hard at for the last 15 months. It has 4000 backlinks, Alexa rank at 239xxx The revenue is about $300.00 per month with another appx. $100. a month from Google adsense. I have been concentrating on other things the last few months. The potential of this site is great.

In addition to the site I will also help administer it and advise on how to use it to make money. I will do this for as long as is needed without any limitations. I am not a PIPs mentor and don't qualify for it but I do know a lot and my knowledge will be free to the buyer for as long as they want it.

I am really sorry to read of your decision to sell up, you have really ploughed a lot of time and effort into your business...sad.

I can't promise anything at the moment, but I have a business contact who has asked me to help him get a web prescence. All I can do at this stage is make a suggestion to him that he considers purchasing a ready made site with a reasonable amount of traffic....he may go for it, I don't know, all I can do is ask.

My site was on auction and someone used the BIN to purchase it. Unfortunately he backed out of the sale after giving us the run around. It will be relisted today sometime.

Well, as Stephen said, the buyer backed out. There was a $1000 bid on the second day and a $2500 buy it now bid on the third day. Plus, some interest was shown by other people.

I will relist it today and hopefully it will be sold fast again and hopefully this time the buyer will actually pay!

I know there are some companies looking everywhere to buy some websites with high potentials. They like to bid much higher price if your sites really UNIQUE!

A couple of ideas I have is finding some instant cash affiliate programs like selling Willie Crawford's "20 Ways To Make $100 A Day Online"

This pays $27 instantly into your PayPal account on every sale.

Also selling a service to offline businesses. For example check out local businesses and look at their website. Most of them do not have a capture form on their site. You could add one for them for $50 and add a free report to it for another $50.

Get 50% down and it would take you an hour or so do to.

You could even outsource the work and keep 50% and pay out 50%. All you do is make the sale and get paid via PayPal for instant cash flow.

Do you no how many offline businesses waste traffic everyday?

You have the knowledge and it looks like you still have internet connection so why not give it a go!
