Hi Dear Experienced Warriors,

From my account, I have 150 leads, and I was advised to sign up Emailace in order to create an optin list (similar to Getresponse), I followed the steps to setup only, but how to download my leads from Empowerism portal to the Emailace portal and I tried many times but failed, because no proper guidance. I did send email to the support dept. but almost a week still no answer from them, Is my question so difficult to answer ? Thus I have to ask dear fellow warriors to help.(the support team from the company is very weak.)
My question again.
"How to download my leads and to links up with the Eamilace side ?" Just tell me the steps will do.

There is a particular thread within Empowerboard - Empowerism website forum that explains this in detail.

If after this post you still insist on having it, I will look it up for you.

Meanwhile, my advise is that you forget using emailaces and concentrate on using Getresponse. I too earlier on had followed that instruction and signed up for emailaces only to later opt out and move on to Getresponse.

First, Getresponse is an essential for your PIPS program which Empowerism is only a subset of. In fact, you may not be able to promote PIPS effectively without it.

Secondly, Getresponse is a much better autoresponder than emailaces.

The steps to import subscribers into Getresponse is quite easy and straight forward.

All you have to do is log in to your autoresponder

Go to "Subscribers", then to "Build subcscribers list", then "Add subscriber", then "choose campaign" if you already have a campaign set up - otherwise you have to create a campaign first of all before these steps.

You can then insert the leads singly or in a batch.

Having said the above, don't waste too much of your time on this as conversions from Empowerism leads is quite low. Nevertheless, even if you succeed in converting one or two, it still is an addition to your list.

Thank You very much for your quick response and helpful. Now at least I know what happen to Emailace,till today I still do not receive the helping answer from Emailace, I think they themself do not know how to answer my question. I am really very disappointed of this company, this so called customer service or customer support.
Of course Getresponse is better than Emailace, Emailace really got no fight with Getresponse, they are so systemmatic and they have tutoral to guide you through,
since the function is almost the same as Getsreponse. I think I will want to cancel the Emailace account once I have settled with my leads.
But can the leads from Empowerism (actually are optin subscribers) add in to Getrsponse portal? Can Getresponse accept the optin list from Empowerism?
Mr.Dele, can you please enlighten me for thses few question , Thank you again for your warm helping and hope to hear your precious answer soon.

The leads will have to go through the Getresponse process(opt-in) and you can pass them through the channel I indicated in the post above.

You can recycle the same leads you earlier tried to put into Emailaces into Getresponse and this was exactly what I did even though I had even earlier gotten them successfully into the Emailaces autoresponder.

Just be aware that technically GetResponse does NOT allow 'purchased leads' which it considers Empowerism leads to be.

How to use your Empowerism leads
3 different ways to contact your leads...
1. Using Microsoft Outlook Express
==================================
Outlook Express is a widely used email program. If you use the Windows Operating System on your PC chances are you're already using Outlook Express.

Check the tutorial videos at the EmpowerBoard if you want to use this method.

2. Using an Autoresponder service
=================================
This is probably the best and easiest way to work your leads.
The following autoresponder allows you to import your Empowerism leads from a file and doesn't require a double optin. As soon as you import your list the leads will start receiving the followup letters.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Get your autoresponder here: Autoresponder - Email Aces Autoresponders
You can chose from 3 account levels, account level 1 is good enough.

2. COPY THE FOLLOW-UP LETTERS INTO YOUR AUTORESPONDER

In your autoresponder backoffice goto:

Autoresponder Management
-> Replicate Autoresponder

This option allows you to pre-load an autoresponder and/or followup series from an existing Email Aces account. Enter the account info for the account you wishto copy messages from, and then click the "Replicate Messages Now!" button below.

The account name is: empowerism101
The password is: empowerism

!! The first email message (interval 0) includes a link to a free report. You can download the file and upload it to your own hosting, or just leave the link unchanged if you don't have any hosting. The report doesn't include any affiliate links, just solid information on how to start an online businesses. You're welcome to edit the report and add affiliate links to it.

3. SETTINGS

After you've imported the follow-up letters make sure to edit the personalization tags!

In your autoresponder backoffice goto:

Autoresponder Managment
-> Edit Replace/Merge Values

Input your personal information for the following fields:
[myurl] = Your Empowerism website (Empowerism - International Success Mentoring and Global Business Opportunity!)

[myfirstname] = The name you want on the outgoing messages, usually your own first name.

[myfield1] = A mailing address (can be a PO box!). This is to be compliant with US federal laws.

You also might want to provide a voice mail number. You can use K7 Unified Messaging, free Fax and voicemail to email. for free voice mail.

Next, goto Autoresponder Options.

Uncheck:
- Yes, use confirmed opt-in for the email subscribe method.
- Yes, use confirmed opt-in for the form subscribe method.
- Yes, use confirmed opt-in for the prospect import method.

That's it!

TIP#1: Don't just rely on the follow-up letters to do all the work. Use the Broadcast option to email your list on occasion. Start out by GIVING to your prospects! They'll appreciate it.

TIP#2: Grow your list. The free leads are a good start but you'll want to do more to grow your business faster. For example, you can add easily leads to your list by using web based lead capture forms. Just create the code for a
subscribers form from your autoresponder backoffice and copy&paste it on your websites and blogs.

Actually, Empowerism Support is excellent. It looks to me you just didn't follow the proper channels?

On the main menu in your Empowerism Center you there's a menu item called Empowerism Support . The EmpowerBoard is the second link on that sub-menu, even before the link to the Support Desk.

In addition, there's this message on the home page of the member center:

Empowerism has a moderated message board where members
can post questions and help others with answers.
*All auto-responder & leads questions are addressed here

If you'd gone to the board and posted your question you'd have gotten a reply within hours.

I'm and I was loading the empowerism leads into getresponse and got an email from them saying that my import was temporarily stopped because of spam. How do I overcome this problem if I am supposed to import these leads into getresponse.
