i signed up to PIPS but i didnt sign up to my world plus YET.

but i keep receiving emails saying that people are being added to my downline so to join now to make money

i dont understand how people are joining my downline if i am not signed up..
whats the deal here?

Michael - this is a common marketing technique.

To dangle the 'upgrade' carrot in front of you.

They are showing you the activity that is going on 'below' you (or who has signed up after you signed up for information about the program)

This shows you what you COULD be earning money from IF you upgraded.

As a pre-enrollee you do not even have an affiliate link where you would earn any commissions.

Which is a point I go over everyday when people ask why the ID they gave us is producing a blank page when it is clicked on their PIPS site.

This is where I advise them to put 'pluginprofitsite' or their sponsor's ID if they know it into their PIPS account profile so that their visitors will not leave their site when they encounter an error (blank page) on one of the links.

Then they can update their PIPS profile with their own affiliate ID when they upgrade MWP and the link will work fine .

So not a lie exactly - 'getting started' = becoming an affiliate (upgrading).

(but I have to agree to be exactly honest, I would say 'you WOULD have a commission IF....')

Michael - you should contact MWP for this question to get the exact answer.

The particular person mentioned is someone who joined PIPS after you (coincidence). He has a sponsor already - so these names are just people who joined after you -

The way matrices work is with spillover and all that you can possibly benefit on some level from people above (before) or below (after). "you can earn on x number of levels". *

For you actually to have a full commission due you, you would have to have already been an affiliate and the person signed up directly from your link. This would be your direct downline.

Then there are actually commissions of a lesser amount just from people who sign up AFTER YOU.

* for example - in some programs your sponsor may put people under his downline members for various reasons - to help them get started or as a matter of spillover which happens in some matrix structures when they have so many positions on each level and your sponsor's level is full -

So for example while Joe could earn $10 for a direct recruit in his XYZ program downline he may also or instead only earn $5 or $2 if the person ends up on a different level in his organization (typically for example if your downline makes a sale then in some programs you would also benefit from HIS sales).

I am not sure about how MWP works as I don't participate in the program. I am just giving you general points on how it MIGHT work - and that is why it is important for you to get it straight from the horse's mouth -Or maybe some other PIPS member will give you some pointers -

... but I will always advise people to get it straight from the program because it is complicated, people might have the wrong information or not understand. Each matrix is different.

... and why Stone (and I) say focus on PIPS - by promoting PIPS you promote all the programs with ONE effort and there is ONE training. Then let the chips fall where they may.

This is what I mean it is complicated.

"It can be difficult to understand compensation plans for multi level marketing companies. I’ve been a member of a few such companies and my head is usually spinning after I have read the compensation plan!

My World Plus is nowhere near as complicated as some other companies, but it still took me a fair amount of listening to training calls and reading the pay plan details to come close to understanding it.

I’m going to summarize the pay plan of My World Plus here, but to really understand it you need to listen to the training call and read over the Pay Plan details yourself. In summary, the MyWorldPlus commission plan works like this:

To understand the Pay Plan you need to know a little bit about star ratings. In My World Plus there are 5 different ranks:

1 star – Refer 3 members

2 stars – Refer 10 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 1 star
3 stars – Refer 50 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 2 star
4 stars – Refer 100 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 3 star
5 stars – Refer 500 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 4 star

The higher you rank, the more you get paid and you can achieve your rank either by enrolling lots of members by yourself, or by enrolling just a few members and helping them to enrol others!

Fast Start Bonuses:

If you sign another person up to MWP you get a fast start bonus of $25. This is paid within one week. There are actually 4 generations of fast start bonuses. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels are $8, $5 and $3 and you get these when people who you have personally referred refers someone else. E.g. if you sign up Peter, you get $25. If Peter signs up Mary, you get $8. If Mary then signs up Paul, you get $5.

Monthly Residual Commissions:

You get a commission from people who joined MWP after you (regardless of whether you signed them up or not). The number of levels and the percentage commissions from each level varies depending on your rank. If you have not achieved rank (i.e. you have referred less than 3 people to MWP you will still get between 2 & 5% commissions on the first five people below you. As you achieve rank by referring more people, your commissions increase and the number of levels that you are paid on also increases.

Monthly Bonuses

Monthly bonuses are paid to all members who have achieved ranks. The bonuses are 10% of the company wide profits and are split between members who achieve a rank (1 star, up to 5 stars). For example, if you are a 1 star 35% of the bonus pool is split between all 1 star ranking members."

They do this to get the person to UPGRADE.

If you don't bring in people yourself, you are not going to make much of any commissions.

yea i am holding off before upgrading on my world plus.. once i start earnings from 7 min workout and SFI and GVO i will invest into my world plus and co-ops and just keep re investing all the earnings to make more

i was wondering if i wanted to sign up for $9.95 Monthly Membership as an Associate only and not a member, i can avoid the sign up fee, but do i still make as much money when people sign up under me.. or do i need to be a member and associate for maximum profits?

You need to be a fully upgraded member to receive maximum profits. If that were the case then every member would choose that option.

I think that you have to upgrade for both ( associate and member) to maximize your commission as in SFI , When you are ECA
