Win the lottery or inherit money is about the only way I know of to make money in 1 day.

Realistically though you could start and develop an online business from home - but it takes time and effort just like most things in reality.

If you want to make money fast in one day, I suggest you turn off your computer and sell stuff offline, stuffs that are easy to sell. If you make a sale and profit, then you'll have that fast money you're looking for.

There are only few online companies that pays money in real time, so even if you make a sale in one day, you won't be able to en-cash your commission that same day. Maybe next day, next week, or next month.

Even if you are really good in selling like picking an affiliate product in the morning and selling that by the afternoon, you still have to wait for the commission to arrive by next day, next week, or next month!

So, since this is the reality, it would be better for you to just accept the reality and adjust your goals. SMART goals you know. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and with Time table.

In life there are only a few real ways to make money.

1. Use a lot of money to make a lot more money

2. Use your time and effort which is free (kinda) and build something that make a lot of money, a business, website, art to sell, make crafts sell them, furniture, etc.

3. sell someone elses stuff, like affiliate marketing. or commision basis

4. combine the above stuff

for the time and effort I recommend spending time everyday learning about online businesses.

1. Get hosting 3.00-10.00 dollars, install wordpress (free)
2. Sell affiliate products on that site
3. drive traffic to that site. start small learn what kind of traffic you can build with only free traffic, like posting comments on blogs and linking back to your site.

You have a long way to go if you are at this position you will run into problems like these:

1. you have a website built but not traffic you need to do keyword research to find targeted keywords so you can rank in the search engine but researching 1-100 keywords is too slow so you need to buy software to do the research like market samurai. (google is limited even with an adwords account) keyword research is very important so you don't waste time building a site that doesn't make money.

2 after that you need to know what your traffic is doing on the site so you need to do analytics so i you need to setup analytics. usually free from google but still work. also split testing your squeeze pages you need split test software so you can make most of your current traffic. Also if you need to change your website you should have a customizable theme not a free theme thats in wordpress. I recommend "OptimizePress" this theme can make squeeze pages, can split test and looks good. you can also install google analytics in it to track.

You have received a lot of good ideas and a few tongue in cheek ones but it all depends on your situation at the moment. It sounds as though you have no money and want some fast and short of winning the lottery or robbing a bank it is down to hard work like the rest of us I’m afraid.

If you already have some money and want to increase it then you are spoilt for choice. You may have an interest in stocks and shares or some experience of forex trading etc or many other ways of making a quick buck by using what you already have. I suspect from the tone of your post that you are in the first group and if it was that easy to make loads of money in 1 day starting with none then we would all be doing it,

I don't think it is possible to make money in one day. If you want money fast then you should try writing content. You can start with one of the crowd sourcing sites. Of course, even if you find someone who pays the same day the money still has to travel between bank/paypal accounts. With crowdsourcing or writing you could make money in a week or two.

I just wanted to chime in here and say a few things. I'm an article writer, I learned this valuable skill from working with a partner on WF a few years back. Later after the economy took a nose dive, I couldn't find any work. One night I sat down and I brainstormed various ways to make money,I came up with a few ideas, but my biggest problem was money. I didn't have any, so I couldn't get started with anything just yet.Fiverr was very hot at the moment, so I set up a new email account for Fiverr and I signed up for Fiverr, I advertised my article writing services and was lucky to receive a prospect customer the first day. I made my offer irresistible and I got a lot of bites. I'd made $32 in just one week, now cashing out was a different story. When I eventually did get the cash-out, I used the money to purchase a thread for the warriors for hire section and advertised my services. Everything worked out great. I'll be expanding in a few weeks to include more services, I've come far.

The point of this post isn't to say that nothing is impossible, because I believe that if you can put your mind into it and really discipline yourself, you can achieve anything.I've proven to myself that:

You don't need money to make money. I started out with Fiverr, with no cash to my name what so ever.

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it and discipline yourself.

Making money in one day involves physical work for someone that pays you there and then, and ofcourse its usually enough only for a day, so next day you have to do the same again. I am afraid that the speed of makind money fast depends on your personal circumstances ( how much you already know about computers, internet, writing and socializing skills, business backround....). Putting all these together can give you a jump start to an online business, on a niche you like..and ofcourse with a lot of work involved and ideally with a coach on your side...everything pays off gradually relatively soon, but usually not in a day, I'd be more realistic and wait result within a week.

I really don't like it when people post and then never so much as thank anyone for responding, if they even bothered to come back and read the responses.

However, the information in the thread may be useful to folks that do still have a pulse. I see several suggestions and 'admonitions' in this case because it is a stupid question in the first place, as far as I am concerned.

Anybody that thinks they can make money legitimately in one day is sadly mistaken - except for the 'one-off' or stroke of luck - like the lottery or inheriting money as I said.

I have seen threads pop up years later - and not just from trolls bouncing them - from people who actually use the 'search' function and found answers or points of interest in the archives.

If your English is fluent, you can earn more. Even if your English is not that much fine like mine, you can still earn. You must have to travail for this. Visit any good freelancing website like odesk.com, freelancer, guru and make your account. I prefer odesk because I'm working there and still working. Build up your profile with small jobs in the initial time. When you finally make good feedbacks with good comments then apply for higher prices.

Before you can really do anything you need to think about how much money you actually need and how quickly you need it.

As many of the other warriors have suggested providing services like washing cars, cutting grass or cleaning windows may be a good options if you really need the money fast, like today... if on the other hand you can wait a few days then selling your possessions on an auction site like eBay may be your best option.

If i had to make money right now, I would probably not expect to do it online. Cash now would require me to do offline extra jobs, in my case small web design jobs for friends perhaps fixing computers etc.

If I really had to I would take a weekend job and then use that extra money i get to fund my online efforts. If I need money right now, then nothing online is going to pay you today with cold hard cash.

Use your current skills and make money with them doing extra side jobs, sell of anything you dont need via ebay for immediate short term cash flow then join a viable business like PIPS for long term residual cash flow.

Most people come to the internet and are mislead by unscrupulous persons into believing they can make money NOW! Others, including myself have learned from the mistakes or seemingly foolish questions and in some cases, the foolish answers we see here.

That depends on where you're getting your money from. Example - I can go to craigslist.org or backpage.com and search the gigs, find someone who needs a flyer, do the flyer and they PayPal me some money - same day service/same day pay.

To me, that's the fastest way of making money online and getting paid the same day. It can happen! I've actually done it! :-)

If you have a hot item to put on eBay, you can list it as a Buy It Now instead of waiting for an auction to run out. You set the listing as PayPal Immediate Payment Required and if someone buys and pays right away, you've made same-day money online too.

You could list stuff for sale on craigslist and backpage and hope that somebody buys it right way for instant cash.

With affiliate marketing like Amazon, eBay affiliate, Clickbank or Commission Junction, stuff like that, no, you do not get paid right away. You might "earn" it today but not "get" it till next month or later.

Personally, the fastest way to earn AND get same-day, virtually instant cash is to scour the gigs on craigslist and backpage. If you have any skills with computers, logo design, setting up a WordPress site, etc., yes, it is feasible that you can make and SEE some cash in one day.

There are some services that allow you to get paid immediately. The first one that comes to mind is RAP Bank. I know that there are more, but they do not immediately come to mind.
