When I signed up for the CrocAd affilate account as recomended by Stone Evans I got spammed to death just in one day so like other things that offer free services it has a catch to it.

Hi, Carline: I haven't seen the promo from Stone for the CrocAd affiliate account, but now, I will be sure to avoid it! Thanks for the heads-up on this. GT |

You should definitely have some 'disposable' free email accounts - preferably Google's Gmail.com Use them to sign up for things so that in case you get spammed you can delete the account - or at least not ruin your regular email account. I never heard of this CrocAds - Where do you see that? |

I do Have a Gmail account and that is the one that got flooded to death by there desperate business seeking members. There isn't enough email accounts to handle what I experienced and go try it yourself. That is manic way of doing business on there part but I guess if you like the attention then it would be ok and it you have nothing better to do then spending half an hour deleting messages. I did not even complete the sign up with then and that is how aggressive they do business.

Hi, Carline: Where did you see Stone promoting CrocAds? I don't see it here in the forum (as you mentioned). GT |

I found Crocads a few months ago while searching for ways to advertise. I had their banner and text ads on my site for several months and all I got from it was Spam. It was useless for me.

On this pip forum. Stone was recommending it because it pays better commision then host 4 profit that we pay monthly fees to. Ask Stone who suggested it and I am not the only one saying so. I now have my next topic to write about on my blogg, They still are spamming me to death and I gong fix that soon.

Even when you are a expert marketeer you can still make blind mistakes that is part of being human. I always like to research things and not to jump into recommended things so quickly no matter who says what.

Are you getting mixed up between CrocAds and Hostgator? I ask because, Stone introduced Hostgator recently as an alternative to Host4Profit, so maybe you confused the Croc with the Gator I haven't ever seen CrocAds mentioned in the 30 days to Success training, but maybe I missed it. Cheers, Suzanne | |

Thanks, Suzanne, for making that connection and pointing it out. Carline, I have never seen anything about CrocAds here in the Warrior/PIPS forum. HostGator is NOT an advertising site. They are a well-known and reputable Web Hosting company. I have not received any spam from HostGator since joining. My mistake Crocads is not what Stone was promoting but Gator hosting instead. Gator Hosting seems to lokk pretty good and has a no limit band width also it is cheap. I still would like to check out their business track record to be sure if they have good service credentials.

Yes, HostGator is very reliable. I have used them for a long time with no problems at all.
