Can one use PPC to advertise PIPS?

Can one use PPC to advertise PIPS? I understand that Adwords won't allow you to advertise affiliate web pages like our PIPS page, but are there any other effective PPC alternatives where one is allowed to advertise PIPS, for example using the Microsoft Adcenter for PPC advertising? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

So as an affiliate, how much you get paid for each sale you make.

I guess its like MLM right ?

Yes, there is an MLM element to it. Each program in PIPS is different as far as payout is concerned.
