Paid advertising for PIPS

Out of all the free ways to advertise PIPS i have seen some good results but now i want to try paid advertisig.

In the 30 day to success there were a few different paid methods. Out of all of them if you could only pick 1 way, which one would it be?

I am going to invest from here on out on a monthly basis but just want to focus on finding a way with the bey results so i can then turn around and invest more!!

And if you know a way that is paid that was not mentioned in 30 day to success guide, and is successful, please share

i tried using google adwords.. and they suspended my account..

so any other methods??

I am sorry to ask what is "PIPS", i am a newbie.

My google account is also banned, no reasons.
