No mistake - you are just not giving anything enough time to work. Marketing is about building and sustaining momentum over time.

There is no magic about this. It requires consistent and aggressive action OVER TIME to get results.

Focus on taking the actions that will produce results eventually, and not on results that it is too soon to see.

Complete the 30 Days to Success training and start blogging, submitting articles, learning about SEO (search engine optimization) and posting in forums.

Set up a signature in your forum profile so you will create backlinks to your website when you post.

Online success is a long learning process, you need to want it enough, learn and master it and then you will see the results.

Go to your 30 days guide and read it. You don't have to do everything in there, it is just a recommendation, but it will give you a direction.

ARTICLES....write them, buy them who cares just get them going, blog like mad, did you sign up for all the free stuff the Co-op can help you with like the free articles posted to your blog, look over the Co-op and the 30 days to success and make sure you are actually putting that advice to work for you.

I did not realize I had been doing this since Sept. 24 th 2008 seems like last month.
You are pushing it I have not made any revenue yet but I refuse to give up for at least one more year. Just a word of caution do not try to do to much if unless you have help. My wife thinks this is dumb so she will not help. So if you are alone doing this I would stick to writing articles, ezines and blogs. One other thing you could do and should is get Suzanne to do a SEO upgrade for you or do it your self.
Can't say it will work I just ordered it yesterday.

I signed the first of January and haven't had much luck yet. I am grateful for the information that Stone gives in his 30 Day Course (of which I am up to day 20) it has helped tremendously in my other online endeavors.

I am committed to the Plug Profit Site and have had some shortfalls but the support has been solid. I believe they are committed to making you successful.

For me it's been since October 2008 that I joined PIPS and even though I have yet to earn much in terms of income, the value of the teachings have been immeasurable! I had ZERO experience in internet marketing a few months ago, but from participating in the PIPS program I truly believe the individual steps I take from day to day and week to week are laying a foundation that will help my PIPS business grow in time. I had no idea the extent of work that would be involved, from SEO to article writing to blogging to forum discussions and so forth. Be patient with the process and you too will see success!

I feel your frustration, I have been a PIPS member for just under a year now ....wow how time flies... In my view, you have a tremendous opportunity at your fingertips with a fantastic support forum (here) which holds within it all the answers you seek to be successful.... the only problem is information overload. You need to concentrate on one technique at a time until you have mastered it before moving on to the next.

I know the whole experience can leave you feeling somewhat muddled and if you are anything like I was at the beginning, you'll be trying this and trying that and getting nowhere fast...or at least it will seem that way...... I overcame this problem, but not without help. I joined the PPG Pips Power Group who gave me a focus using there step-by-step methods ...there is a review on my blog if you would care to read it.

I am not suggesting you have to join the PPG just that with there help, it will fast track your success by keeping you focussed.

We all know your frustrations. Everyone of us have suffered the same disappointing results at the beginning of the journey. I know you think a year is a long time, and it most certainly is when you have had no return on investment.

Some of the questions to ask why.
Why have you not made any money?:

Is your website indexed?
Are you using the right keywords to keep the search engines and surfers interested?
Are you pre-selling or trying to direct sell?
How many backlinks do you have?
Does your website have enough quality content?
Are you promoting the best in-demand products?
Are you trying to promote too many products at the same time?
Have you build up an email list?

Those are some of the basic skills you need to concentrate on and keep the process going, day in - day out. Forget all the fancy stuff.

Build quality content focused on your website keyword list.

Promote each web page with as many one way back links as possible from article directories, blogs, social sites, forums etc. Add keyword rich anchor text links from page to page within your website.

Drive traffic, capture names and email addresses and promote your best product to your ever expanding list. Repeat, test, repeat, test, repeat...

Always remember. Success is only one second away from failure. When you fail with a project or promotion (and you will), "Fail Fast and Fail Forward".

Dust yourself off, try and work out why it did not work, and go do it again, and again...

Add more content, make the search engines sit up and take notice, drive more traffic, capture more names and keep focused.

And you could always pay for traffic. If you know you have a good in-demand product, and you know your target audience and your keywords are spot on, then you will drive traffic, and you will get clicks, and you should make money.

If not, you are promoting the wrong products!
