Try Addthis but you have to first create an account (refer to top navigational menu on the right) if you do not have one.

After signing in, then click on "Get the code" to be redirected to a page where you will select from the options given on your left hand, depending on the type of site you have and your preference.

Yes, AddThis I think is one of most used plug-ins. That's what I have on all of my blogs too.

I am using "Sexy Bookmarks Plugin" for this buttons where the users have the possibility to send notifications to their socialmedia profiles.
