I can probably answer this myself but would like confirmation.

Hey guys! I have a quick question.

You know how when you sign up for PIPS, if you don't sign up for a particular program it says to put in the ID of your sponsor?

My question is this. If someone joins PIPS under you, but does not join a particular program, and they choose to leave the ID field for that program blank rather than entering the ID of the sponsor, does it default to the sponsor's ID?

Also, and I can probably answer this myself too, but for clarification purposes, if I sponsor someone who, say doesn't join SFI, and then they refer someone who also doesn't join SFI, does that second level person default to my SFI ID too?

Also, lol and I'm coming up with these as I'm writing so it's a bit more than I expected, but if I didn't join one program in the beginning and then I join later and put my ID in, will it change the ID that my referrals would enter when signing up. I realize that any referrals who signed up before me would likely be promoting my sponsor in this case, but after the fact does it show my ID to later referrals?

I am guessing the answer to all of these questions is yes, but I don't want to assume. You know what they say about assuming. I won't repeat it here.

Lol anyway if someone could please clarify these for me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

All very good and valid questions...

I believe in the sales page the default sponsor would be Stone Evans. So if someone signed up under you in a program that you left blank, Stone would then be their sponsor. i could be wrong but Im pretty sure that's what happens.

Once you join you just go back and enter your affiliate id's and from that point on you will get the referral.

Hope that helps.

Best,

Matt

No that is not true unless you are on Stone's sales page. Whoever the sponsor is that you are on their sales page, that is the default ID if you do not choose to join a program and add your own ID.

True though ONLY if they do not follow the directions and put in the sponsor's ID would I then have no choice but to use Stone's default ID.

If the applicant puts your number in there, then when they make a sale, they would get commissions for those programs that they provided their own IDs for, and whatever Id they used in the other fields, the sponsor would then get the commission for that program for which their ID was used if the person didn't want to join the program.

Thanks for clearing that up Patricia. Lol I guess I just don't want any lazy referrals then, lmao.

At least I'm clear on that then. Stone's ID is used if no ID is entered.

I do appreciate the clarification. I thought it would be either the scenario I described or that, one or the other.

Ahh yes. Thank you for clearing that up Pat. I must have signed up under Stone himself now that I think about it.
