Hi Can anyone tell what is going on at host4profit? I'm waiting for wordpress to be added to my dashboard so that my PIPs site can be upgraded. I've had one reply from them in August and no reply to my request since. Hope someone can reassure me that I should stick with them, or do I walk? away trouble is I have two sites with them and don't know if I could stand the hassle of moving. Rosalie |

I'd say it's time to pack up and move. Any other web host should be able to move your sites for you. Why stick with a company that is not providing what you need? | |

Rosalie - First of all - give merchants the benefit of the doubt with emails. Check your spam folder, add their address to your contacts/address book, try emailing them every 48 hours - It also may work to use the help function in your Web Panel to submit a ticket rather than just emailing them (although the response will still be email). Keep in mind that most hosts will transfer the files for you from the old host if you decide to leave H4P. The fact that they do not have cPanel with it's functions (eg, installers) but instead a dinosaur 'Web Panel' -- is definitely one of the reasons we have switched the required host to a series of others in the meantime, and ending up at GVO/HostThenProfits as our required host for new members. (The cost is the main reason though). |

Always had good service from them, I deal with David Grimes he is great however I think he must be on holiday. Getting desperate as I need help with my other site, updating it and pictures are not going on, it will be something I've not done, however I'm loosing confidence with host4profit if they don't answer emails you cannot ask for their help. Again, I don't know the whole story, or how long you've been trying to get in touch with them etc. I'm just going off of what the first post said. Hopefully you can get the issue resolved. If not, there are plenty of other companies out there. | |

I thought David Grimes and his brother have been gone for years - I deal with David Hasbrouck, the owner -but maybe they are back? I have few occasions to talk to them anymore --- They used to have excellent service. Not sure about now as I have moved on a while back myself. |

Hi Pat Never missed an email from them in 5 years, usually get a an answer even if it is something that cannot be done or saying it will take a couple of days. I've sent an email asking if David is still there if he is not I'll be moving from them. Will try through the help functions on the web panel |

Hi Rosalie, I still host through David and I know he recently went through some health issues but I asked for some support questions a few days ago and got responses....he has some new people helping out but I have always loved the support he gives so be patient.. Jeff Casmer |

David as been in touch today and my wordpress as now been done so I'll be in touch with Pat today for the upgrade to my PIPs site. My other challenge is in the process of being solved. As I thought he had been on a few days holiday, did not want to move from host4profit as he as always been helpful to me, Sorry to hear he as been ill. | |

I am trying to get a hold of David Hasbrouck as well. My site hosted with Host4Profit has been down for over 5 hours today with no response. Anyone have any contact information for David?

Been with Host4profit since 2005 but as of July 21st, 2017 I've not recieved email from any of my accounts. Ive sent several emails to billing@host4profit.com, support, info, sales for a few weeks and got no response. My sites are still up but im not able to communicate via email on any of my accounts. Concerned please advise |
