Personalizing the "newsletter"

We all want to get the most conversions out of our newsletter. I'm currently in the research phases of gathering useful material to revise my newsletter to bring real value to my subscribers as I see it.

A few ideas I have come up with so far...
  • Using my posted article key points (having tracked the clickthroughs.) Pull info from the successful ones and offer them up as tips.
Question there is including the link to my site where the article is posted. A little extra work until I get my article directory... then smooth sailing!
  • Adding the marketing strategies that I have implemented with the results I've seen. Really focusing on the free practices as not everyone coming into on-line marketing has money to burn. Probably the main reason for joining is to get the money to burn!
Not only are there quite a few in the 30 day training, but also the ones you pick up along the way.

I could go on forever...

What we need here are some ideas from the fellow Pip's members.

Have you left it original?
Who's spruced it up a bit?
What did you do to it?
And what kind of noticeable reasults did you benefit from the modifications?

For the most part I have a very low "cancelled subcription percentage"
as is (original unmodified newsletter)

I guess it's just "my time" having been busy with everything else, just settling in from the newbie rollercoaster, to have a look at what was taken for granted in my early stages.

No offense to the incredible job the newsletter currently does. I'm just following the "unique" theme we all take to stand out from the rest.

Thanks MTyner:)
