I'm new and need some help.
What do I do with the Empowerism Leads - I am not allowed to put into Getresponse. I don't really want to use another autoresponder if possible. How can I fix this. Can I email the leads and ask them if they want to be placed in getresponse and then add them??? What's the easiest solution.

Also, when I have people join up, I don't really know if they have joined the whole website package - all 6 affiliates sites and website (pips) or whether they have only joined up to some of them.

How do you keep track of what each sign up is doing, do you keep them in autoresponder as signed up as your downline and then send them different types of emails??? How does this process work. It's not really explained in the 30 day training. I believe it is important to keep in contact with your downline - but what is the best way.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Doesn't the Empowerism program explain these things in their materials?

Did you have a sponsor when you signed up? ...maybe he/she can answer.

Hi Clarissa.

Empowerism does have a forum (The Empower Board) right in your Empowerism back office and there are lots of conversations about the leads. They used to have their own autoresponder that the leads went to, and this has been an issue ever since they let that go.

I realize it is inconvenient to have another responder for this, but for the same reason Getresponse doesn't allow so-called "purchased" leads, it is risky for you to contact people on your own - spam complaints are serious. Autoresponders offer the documentation that will help protect you in most cases.

You really should see what Empowerism provides in the way of options.

As for how you see who signed up - this is really is in the 30 Days to Success guide and it is your 'Stats' menu in PIPS that you can conveniently log in to each program anytime you want to and check your commissions 24-hours per day.

Each program will send you an email when someone signs up -

Many people do not join all the programs for whatever reasons -

The paid memberships (Empowerism and Success University) are optional

The only one required is Host4Profit (Hosting)

Some already belong to one or more programs and they can use their existing IDs.

Some join later on -

If the applicant does not want to participate in a program they are instructed to provide the sponsor's IDs (which are right there for that purpose) - lots of people don't follow the directions and put '0' or something else.

In this case I have to use a valid ID for the field so that invalid links don't produce errors for the applicant's prospects. In this case I use the default ID which is Stone's.

Thank you for your replys. I have been on the Empowerism Site and Forum, they do suggest an autoresponder, but most people don't like it for various reasons. I have spoken to Empowerism and they have given me suggestions for allowing these into Getresponse.
With regards to New Sign Ups, I understand the stats and have been through the 30 days success a number of times, but what I was really after was a simply solution of how other people keep check of all these affiliates with each affiliate site - eg do they list them all in the there autoresponder or an excel spreadsheet. So they know who they have under each site. Do they send broadcasts to all there affiliates separately or treat them all as the same or do they send emails/broadcasts etc through each affiliate site? I was curious to how other people keep deal with there clients who are making them money? or do you just treat all affiliates and potential clients as the same, just sending out broadcasts to all of them?
