Okay so here we go. I signed up an affiliate. They signed up three affiliates and have three more waiting, who they won't sign up until I figure out whats going on(all in less than 48 Hrs). They have no idea what they are doing. I've spent all my time on marketing or working on my pips site, so I do not know that much about SFI. My upline still hasn't contacted me yet. This whole thing to me seems to be snow balling out of controll. Any way before I ramble on to long, I do not like to appear as an idiot. Where do I get support? Also if someone could please tell me how SFI's Max Mall Works I would be indebted. Thanks in advance Locpic63 |

Hello Locpic63, In your other thread that you started with the same title Matt and Jeff both gave you great advice. The thing with any affiliate program the first and most important step is to learn about the program yourself so that you can share that info with any new affiliates that you bring in. With SFI the best place to start is after logging in use the R-S-D tabs at the top of the page. Another tip that I give to all my new affiliates is to scroll to the bottom of any page and click onto the sitemap tab and once in there scroll down the page and look at the left side of the page and you will see a main heading title "Training". Under that header you will see countless training resources. A good one to start with is the "getting started" sub-header under which you will see the "launchpad training". This is SFI's new starting point and in just a short time you will gain enough knowledge about SFI that your downline will think of you as a pro. If your new people are already contacting you and have gone EA from the start that's great. However do not be discouraged if they seem to want you to provide them with all the answers to their questions so they do not need to do the work of research on their own. Most will try to do this but if they truly want to run a business then you will need to find the right words to encourage them to "Study" on their own and then ask you for your input or you will find yourself doing all of their work and have no time for your own. IMO! Hope this helps. Knowledge is a wonderful thing and great to gain however one gets more out of it if they do the reading on their own and then just ask to have things they do not understand explained. I know that it really s**ks when an up line does not respond, fortunately for me my SFI sponsor is fantastic, which of all the affiliate programs that I am in he is the only one I ever hear from unless the others want to sell me some thing. Which is fine since I like to learn all I can about a program and how better to do that than from the training the program provides. That's why it's there! Regards, Roy |

Hi, Roy gave you great advice. You cant be a good leader unless you know the program. Now I know programs are different from others and there is alot going on with SFI but you have to be able to give great direction to your affiliates... If SFI is going to be a focal point. I recommend as part of your faily routine learning everything you can about SFI. Tabs, functions, programs, where to find stuff etc..... I also recommend if you have not been getting the SFI's training series when you signed up (depending on how long that has been) then go here.... https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining.sfi and https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/LaunchIndex.sfi and know this backwards forwards so you can give your affiliates and their affiliates proper direction. Its crucial to your success... Take care Jeff Casmer |

You can also pick up good tips and ask questions in the SFI Discussion Board Forum also know as the SFI DBoard.
