What kind of website do they give you?

I was planning on doing PIP, but want to know first what the website will look like, and whether it is a unique site or a cookie cutter site (meaning everyone that is created from PIP looks the same). If I can get something unique I'd be interested, but just want to know.

Hi Wil-duh-beast,

You can see an example here:

http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/main-0/index.html

The site that you receive is not unique, but you can change it in any way you want to (e.g. add new pages, add & remove programs, change the color, get a new header etc)

Cheers,
Suzanne

I have totally changed mine into a joomla site and PIPs now became part of the site and not the total site.

The domain I have today is the same domain I gave Stone to create my PIPS site. By the way at the time having a website for me at that time was similar to telling me to go to the moon.

Hello, Wil-duh-beast:

I have gradually been changing my cookie-cutter PIPS site - StarrBizz.com - you can click the link in my signature and compare my site to other PIPS sites. Check out my blog page, too, to see how it has similarities and differences to other PIPS member blog pages.

Hi Wil-duh-beast,

A lot of PIPS members use the generic site which is great and can be adapted to suite your own requirements and others like myself have Joomla or Wordpress sites but we still heavily promote the PIPS opportunity.

You can do your own thing and express yourself any way you like, that's the beauty of the PIPS opportunity, yoiu can start with the basic template then stamp your own style on it,

regards,

Mal.

Hi Wil-duh-beast,
The PIPS site is not unique, but it gives you an easy start to your new business, then in time you can change it. My website is completely different from the original one.

If you click on all the signatures on this thread you will see the verity.

The sales page, however is the same for all, but with your affiliate links.

Tanny

Hi Wil-duh-beast,
One of the many wonderful things about joining PIPS is not only can you make changes to your site (adding new programs, content, and design changes) but you can also ask anyone for help and get it! You won't be left out on an island fending for yourself as you learn all the things that it will take to get your PIPS site up and running. It's a fantastic community of helpful people who are willing to support each other every step of the way so I would suggest jumping in and getting started on a journey you will be glad you take!

Ha there Wil-duh-beast, Like everyone has said this is not a unique site but for someone who is new to PIPs and the web in general it is a great site to start with and there are all kinds of things you can do because the site is yours not PIPS's site. You own it and therefore can change it as you see fit.
There are also many gifted PIPS users that can help you with changes.
I am new to this whole thing and have tried to start a few time with other programs and fell flat on my face because the sites were there sites not mine and I had to do it there way of no way. Pips has allowed me to get up and running and learning what I realy need to do to make a go of the internet.

Bright Blessings

Re: What kind of website do they give you?

I have been around since 2006. If it was not for PIPS I wouldnt have been able to get online. My main obstacle was having a website. I have been trying to do something online for several years before 2006. It was actually magical what happened. One day I was online surfing for opportunities and a way to get into online business. And then I decided that this thing is not for me and I am going to forget online business and turn my time and energy somewhere else. While that was on my mind, I found a link for PIPS and I said to myself, this will be the last thing I am going to check and then I will forget online business altogether.

The rest is History. My day job career has always been very demanding. I always ended up with very hard portfolios to manage and most of my jobs entail long hours and lots of traveling. Months and Months would pass without being able to even look at my site, let alone work on it. I would spend more than six months away and then get back to it.

I did not frustrate myself. I have put my mindframe to understand that I am learning something new, and since I dont have much time to manage it properly I should not expect any kind of results.

Today because my site has been there for a long time, it has become like ezine articles. If I choose keywords that are not very competitive I would rank high very quickly. Now I have three years in the business and to tell you the truth, I am still not concerned with making money yet. My main concern is to find a formula that I am relaxed working with.

I am very close to reaching that formula and I am very glad with what I have learned from PIPS and from other people online. The likes of Andrew Hansen after what I have learned from Stone have made me learn a great deal and have been able to get me very close to finding my formula.

Stone has introduced me to all kinds of marketing tools that I need to consider while Andrew guided me to understand what tools I could be more comfortable with. From Bum marketing to Andrew Hansen's Niche Marketing based on Bum Marketing, I realized that Bum Article Marketing is the most suitable strategy for me.

Now I know that If I make it with the above strategy, I would be able to add a couple tools such as PPC and directory submissions. The latter has proved to me how it can improve the rankings of my site in a very effective way.

I guess I should stop here. I think I am loving my own voice. So I hope what I am wrote people find encouraging and not discouraging. It was because of my day job that my results did not happen, but I was able to play with my mindset so as not to be frustrated and continue with my adventures in online business.
