My Loss = Your Gain! It's a sad time for me...
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I'm in a situation that is forcing me to sell my site.

Please read this thread in the main WF discussion area for more information:

http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...your-help.html

Or go directly to my blog post about it:

Free Home Business Tips: WAHJI for Sale! Tremendous Opportunity for You!

I'd like to sell to someone I know or am at least familiar with, so a buyer from here would be great. I know it's a lot of money but even if you can't afford it please help me spread the word so I can find a buyer. Any person you send could end up being the buyer so every little bit helps.

Thanks!

Trent

Wow Trent. What a beautiful site. I can see all the hours of work you put into it.

I wish you the best with the sale - but wish you didn't have to sell it. Sorry to hear you do.

Keep us posted on what happens...

Trent, I'm very sorry to hear that you have to sell your site. I know you've put a lot of hard work into it. That's a very reasonable price, and anyone would be lucky to get a hold of it.

I wish you the best.

I am shocked to see you wanting to sell it. I am not sure why because I know you get a lot of free search engine traffic.

I hope you DON'T sell it and hope you bounce back up from what ever situation you are in or what ever the circumstance that you are in that led you to make this decision.

Hi Trent,

You have a great site there, I'm so sorry to hear you have to sell it because with the work you have put in to get it to where it is now deserves a better price than you will probably get for it.

I wish you well in your efforts and maybe if your circumstances change you will not have to sell,

best wishes,

Mal

Thank you to everyone for all your comments and help!

I received a $48,000 BIN bid tonight. Now I am waiting for the buyer to pay. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly. I know buyers have a tendency to back out or try to pull a scam.

He seems good so far though.

Hi, Trent:

If you truly need to sell it, then I hope the $48k sale goes through for you.

However, if it is earning $2,000 per month on the average, I don't know why you would want to sell it. Only you will know the reasons and obviously, we will have to trust your judgement.

The bright side is, if you have brought a website to the point of $2k per month once, you know how to duplicate the success again, so when the time is right, you can just fire up a new site!

All the best to you and your plans.

Yes the $48k will be nice and will definitely get me out of my jam. However, I would have rather been able to keep it. It's been a part of me for 6 years and it's very sad to see it go. Plus, it would have made me a lot more money in the long run. Oh well, we all have to make hard decisions in life.

On another note... I have been offered $50,000 by a very well-known and respected internet marketer and member of this forum. So if the current transaction falls through I will still have a buyer.

I wish I would have gotten that offer yesterday because I would rather have him take it over since I know and respect him, but unfortunately it didn't happen that way.

Hey Trent - you can cry all the way to the bank. That is an awesome sales price and I don't know anybody that would 'shy away' from $50k for any reason!

... especially because you can do it again and again - bouncey bouncey... (create another site)

We are all waiting I am sure for you to say 'it's a done deal' - give us a reason to celebrate!

Wow Trent, good job brother. I hope your bad situation will be resolved by this. And perhaps without meaning too you have provided a valuable piece of information about how profitable flipping a site can be. I'm just sorry it was your baby that had to go. Tim.
