Payoneer card
Share on:

Hi

As anyone had trouble being paid by SFI through the payoneer card (triple clicks)..

I applied for the card months ago and was told everything was ok and it was on its way. It still as not arrived emailed them and was told it could take up ten weeks to arrive

An email arrives every week to say I have not activated it and I email them back telling them it as not arrived, have asked them to send me a new one and would they please track it as they said the first one was just put in post no tracking on them

No response from them, just another email telling me its not activated
Contacted SFI their response is sort it out with payoneer. If only I could

Rosalie,

Hello, I hope you are doing well!

Have you visited the SFI forum, Gery seems
to answer questions in there. He's active and
tries to help his affiliates when he can.

Hope things are going well,

Sorry to hear about this aggravating situation. Just went through a similar situation with my ISP and then my security alarm company.

Right at this moment everything is working - after weeks of aggravation - KNOCK ON WOOD.

Hi,
i was in trouble also with receiving my card from payoneer and they iussed me 3 card till i receive my card and the problem was very simple for me that i was ask about my card in the post office only about my name, but international post you must ask with barcode (special number) on the envelope containing the card.
that is my story till i received my card from payoneer you can also contact payoneer support and ask about the barcode or the number on the envelope and go to your post office and till them that number and you will find your card.

thanks

Charles, This is just horrible. I am so sorry. I am going to send this to SFI customer support supervisor. I have copied you on my email.

OUTRAGEOUS!

culminating in a series of emails between myself and Payoneer, the last one being on 04/03/2009. An amount of $37.86 was even sent by SFI being my earnings to the credit of my account with Payoneer. This amount was received as per Payoneer's confirmation of 17/10/2008. To this day I have never received this card from Payoneer.
My attempt to raise the issue with SFI support centre has been futile as I was always referred back to Payoneer. To date I keep on receiving emails from Payoneer that my account has not been activated. How do you activate an account for a card you haven't received?
I have given up on the card and lost my $46 plus earnings of $37.86 in the process. I have now reverted to accumulating my earnings in SFI awaiting payment by cheques!

All of you who have paid for the card but not received it: I advise you to file a dispute with your credit card right away (or however you paid the fee) - and tell them what happened. They will sort it out for you and see that you get your money back. Ask them to do a charge back so Payoneer has to pay fines for this. That will get their attention real fast.

I had a similar experience. Requested the card 3 times and finally they sent it via UPS
. I didn't have to pay the UPS fee but it took over 4 months to get the card. Funny thing, prior to getting the card mailed to me by UPS I tried to get the card via Text-Link-Ads and got it within 3 weeks. So now I have two!

(not sure if it was UPS or fedEx)

Hi everyone Glad I started the ball rolling Charles mine is about the same amount of money as yours.I've tried all week to add to the forum but the signal here in Spain is not good.Just got to keep trying.I took Bills advice and asked gerry the question on the discussion board at SFI site, they must vet the questions and it as not apeared on the board, however I recieved an email yesterday from.ZuriSFI (TripleClicks) Account Manager at Payoneer Zuri Guterman | Account Manager Payoneer | T 646.465.9515 |  zuri(at)payoneer.comWith an Apology and telling me it will be shipped via FedEx at no extra cost to me. I should expect to receive it within a week weSo a big thank you to Bill, And for others that are in a similar situation email Zuri at the emaill address above, maybe if enough do they will train their customer support team to look after their customers who at the end of the day keep them in a jobRosalie

Hi Charles - Let me know what happens. At least for the SFI money OWED YOU, we can deal directly with the customer service supervisor at SFI.

I guess then we can say 'Better Late Than Never'!

Re: Payoneer card

Hi Everyone

My payneer card arrived to day, followed the track number to find it undelivered, sent an email to Fedex who rang me to arrange a meeting place to pick up may card

As our local post office is only open 9 to 11 Mon to Sat, we chose to meet up in our local petrol station carpark the next day.

After the telephone call to say it would arrive between 12 to12-30 of we went, 30 minutes to get there, when we get a call to say would be twenty mins late. True to his word he arrived with my card (well done Fedex)

We are now proud owners of an activated TripleClick payneer card.

Whops now we find we have not been sent our pin number, hope this will not be another long drawn out proceedure. Money on card and can not take it out. Guess we will have to treat it as a savings account
