How To Edit You PIPS Home Website..
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I had a fellow friend and Pipster ask me
how to add a banner to his home Websites
and I remembered a few years ago Jeff Houdyschell
(houdy) had made a video explaining very well how
to do it!

I'm sure Jeff won't mind me putting this here and
giving him all the free traffic.

Here is Jeff explaining how to add to your Websites:

How To Edit A Webpage With Nvu | Work At Home Business Blog

Hope this is some help to those that are wondering how to do it!

Have a nice day,

Bill Shultz

Just remember to make a backup of any file you plan on editing BEFORE you start!

This is great guys, I've been making little changes and have wanted to do more, but was afraid to.

Well, after this I have a bit better idea of what I'm going to try.

Thanks for the info Bill

I just spent 3 day changing my site Your Global Cash

I have Nvu but used KompoZer, pretty much the same
but has a couple more features than Nvu. Free download here.

Also I have a set of videos how to uses NVu or KomporZer
I will give away here soon, they have more details how to
use the editors, if you want them sooner PM me.

Ewen Chia has the same editor but no long use it because
works in the background when not in use.

Another way you can edit you site is use your ftp and
download file to folder on PC then when finished upload
back to server. Thats how I did it and was easier for me,
I might do a video how I did it if I can find some time.

Thanks to both of you! What a help that was. And of course, save before you try making any changes!

Thanks to both Bill & Jeff,

Wish I knew about the video before making my changes, instead of going through the trial and error method (and boy there were errors)

It would have saved a lot of aggravation although I did gain some knowledge of HTML. Even so, I still found a shortcut or two in the video that I will now implement.

Good stuff!

Just another reminder..

I know it was already mentioned , but when I mentioned to a seasoned pipster about having to go to my back up copy, he was surprised. He said I would not believe how many people make website modifications without backing up.

I do this years after a tough lesson was learned as I had to recreate one of my webpages..

Yes, to get your business to build momentum takes hard work
and dedication!

But well worth it when it happens...

Keep moving forward and always do something everyday that
moves your business forward and you will get there!

Good luck!

Thanks for this info, i was just looged in to this site to search for ways i can start modify my site. it appreasa i need to put extra effort on my website.

I am bit upset thou, the impression I have given when i purshase PIP & H4P was good dream to live with, and that do "enroll and seat back", with driving traffic to my website, ad's., then to find out i need to follow up, seeking alot of clearifications, etc. this is not complaining.
