GVO question
 

Hey guys.
I wasnt sure where to put this and didnt want to put it in the wrong section of the forum but I figured it would fit here since GVO is such a big part of PIP
: )

My question is if GVO has any kind of split testing feature when it comes to squeeze pages. I dont even see a place where you can find out what squeeze page your opt ins came from. I have created a few and use them in various places but I would really like to start fine tuning my efforts and only use the squeeze pages that work best.

I noticed MLSP allows you to integrate your GVO autoresponder and cusomize your squeeze pages any way you like and has a special feature built just for split testing those custom squeeze pages but I cant justify the $50/month just for that feature right now.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

GVO (Host Then Profit) is where we have set up your PIPS campaign. You should ask them about split testing since it is their autoresponder we are using.

Host Then Profit (HTP) is the only required program for PIPS because hosting is necessary for us to build a website -- and we are so fortunate that they include a basic autoresponder with the hosting so now our members do not have to pay for that separately as they always did in the past.

I say this because there is a great deal of confusion at least on applications - we say several times HTP and instead people sign up for the Prosperity Team (autoresponder) or Pure Leverage (autoresponder+) and other GVO programs that have autoresponder but not hosting. HTP is the only program with hosting.

I remember when we used Getresponse and they had a way to code the opt-ins so that you could tell where the came from - so I would assume this is a regular function of an autoresponder to be able to track.

You might try to first 'kick around' in your autoresponder account and look at the various functions which may be self-explanatory - and then if you don't see anything that fits the bill, contact their helpdesk or live online chat - there are support links at this address: https://gogvo.com/affiliates/login.php

Yes, I am aware that for PIP we use Host then Profit. I guess I should have been more clear on that.
Yes I have turned the website upside down looking for that feature.
I also talked to the 24-7 chat help desk and they just pointed me to where I could add an ad tracker to find out where a visitor came from but that does help me discover which squeeze page they opted into. Ive come to the conclusion that they do not offer this feature. I guess I am going to have to wait till I can afford the $50/month setup that MLSP has

what is MLSP? :confused:

there are a few ways to do 'tracking' for 'split testing' - again my reference was getresponse autoresponder - they had some tracking links in the signature of each of your newsletters wherever your name and domain name. and then they had another way which was (somehow) you get the reports of subscribers from opt-in form on pips website, 001 and then 002 squeeze page.

and of course then to track where you promoted those links - that is one way you would see stats on which one did the best - with 'tracking' the idea is to carry it to one step further to which ones converted to direct sales.

Did you not see anything about Adminder AdTracking in the PIPS 30 Days to Success Training? (i'm serious, it comes and goes with pips all the time. Last time I looked it was there and I do get a few people that contact our helpdesk about various issues with Adminder most of the time.

I think it is way under $50. (last time I looked). (i'm not actively marketing myself, i just work in the internet marketing industry @pips for 9 years now going on 10. ;o).

MLSP is an affiliate company ( only pays one leve deep so its just affiliate instead of MLM) that sells training and tools. Very popular among internet marketers.

I had forgotten about adminder. Its been a while since I went through the 30 day training. I will go back and look at that. Thank you.

You need to contact GVO - Host then Profit and Pure Leverage are two completely different programs - you don't need both in the first place. I think you are either not really contacting them to find out the reason or if you have you got the wrong information.

I will get someone senior to comment on this and I will post it here.

If the client have Pure Leverage and HTP account with same user name then if either of one is not paid then the user name got suspended and hence both accounts get inaccessible. Just ask client to open a ticket to Billing or go on to live chat and the hosting account can be reinstate.

Looks like KAPA was sleeping.

How do you not notice your site being DOWN for 2 months? I mean I miss a bill payment every once in a while by a day or two, but 2 months? Come on.

If i see anything going on with ANY of my sites like one being down, I try to get it back up ASAP. For that purpose I have a backup done automatically which helps with restores. In case of a server emergency I always have a secondary server available, so after a quick DNS change everything is back in working state again.

Anyhow I have been a member of both Pure Leverage and go GVO and always get FAST response to any questions or concerns. As for SUPPORT i give them 10/10.
