Generic Domain:

stands for chief executive officer (CEO) or chief executive. CEO is one of the highest-ranking corporate officers (executives) or administrators in charge of total management.

If you meant SEO:
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines.

I think he meant SEO which stands for Search Engine Optimization.
