Blogging: My tips to you would be to first sit down and write about 40-50 posts of 200-250 words each on your subject. Just blurbs that explain what your subject is, what you think about the subject, the product, the service, etc. You could put a link at the bottom of each blog post to your product or service.

Once you have these pre-written, then it's very important that you begin posting them each day at approximately the same time. Input one blog post every 30 minutes for approximately 4 hours each day - do this for a full week.

Ensure you have filled in the the blog sections on title, keywords and a short description of each post.

YEAH - It's time consuming, but, the search engines can then be "Trained" to come to check out your blog at about the same time every day as they will be looking for new content from you.

Once you have done this, then post longer blog posts or articles at least 3 times a week for two weeks and then at least post 1 post or article every week from that point on. Again, try and make your posts at the same time on the days you post.

Article directories: List Of Top 50 Article Directories By Traffic, PageRank

This link will take you to the top 150 directories on the internet.

You can also submit to my directory (in my sig) should you like.

Remember, nothing is overnight. It takes time, and if you do it right the first time you will succeed much faster.

Sorry for the double post, for some reason I wasn't allowed to edit the first post. So, here it is again, with the additional information covering keyword density.

This link will take you to the top 150 directories on the internet.

When you write articles for submission, try to make them at a minimum of 500 words and NO MORE than 1200.

Most directories count the Title, The Keywords, The Article itself and the Signature in the total word count.

Therefore, try and keep you articles to 500-850 each.

Try and enter your keyword for a density of 2 - 3% on each article. Much more than 3% and Google and most other search engines could consider this as Keyword Spam. To find out what your keyword density is, use the link below.

Input the link to your article or blog post and follow the instructions.

Modify your post or article until your keyword is at least 2%.

You can also submit your articles to my directory (in my sig) should you like.
